About Complete Healthcare International

About Complete Healthcare International

Complete Healthcare International is a nutrition and lifestyle wellness provider located at Shaw House on Orchard Road, offering islandwide coverage. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the practice holds a 4.7-star rating across 98 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable directional signal. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier, though no specific per-session figure is publicly listed.

Prospective clients typically begin with an initial consultation to discuss their health goals, current lifestyle habits, and any existing medical conditions or dietary concerns. The practitioner will conduct an intake assessment before recommending a programme — whether that is a one-off session or an ongoing package. It is worth confirming in advance whether the consultation is conducted by a registered dietitian, nutritionist, or another allied health professional, and whether the scope covers clinical nutrition, weight management, sports nutrition, or general lifestyle coaching, so the service is well matched to your needs.

To take the next step, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to request an initial consultation slot and ask for a full breakdown of session fees, package options, and the professional credentials of the practitioner you will be seeing.

Was looking around for multiple second opinions with regard to a certain marker I had which immediately prompted all my doctors/specialists to get me to go on lifelong medication. Dr Colin was the first doctor which looked at all my biomarkers holistically (instead of looking at specific general ones in isolation which all my previous doctors did) before coming to any conclusions. Each session was extremely detailed and educational and he was the only doctor who was able to explain every single number on my reports, answered all my questions and addressed all my health concerns based on my specific phenotype. Sara and the team were very kind and accommodating and I've never seen such level of detail and care in any practice before. I am extremely grateful that I've found this clinic.

The doctor was incredibly detailed and kind during the consultation. However, she was ultimately unable to identify the cause of my condition and mentioned that sometimes people faint without a clear reason, which left me feeling uncertain. Unfortunately, my experience with the clinic staff was disappointing. The nurses appeared nonchalant, and I felt a lack of urgency and sensitivity, especially knowing that I was anxious about my test results. I had to call the clinic twice to follow up before receiving them. On the day of my review appointment with the doctor, I waited more than 20 minutes past my scheduled time. When I checked with the receptionist, I was told I was “next,” yet after they finally checked properly, I was asked to go in immediately as there were no other patients waiting to see the doctor. I also observed what felt like a difference in how staff interacted with patients — they appeared more friendly and courteous toward Caucasian patients, while seeming noticeably less attentive toward others. This made the overall experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

I got the name of the clinic from our insurance. I contacted them more than 2 weeks before and asked for a direct billing to avoid the long procedure of submitting papers for claim. SURPRISINGLY, just when I come for my appointment, they inform me that I have to write in a paper my credit card references in case of billing rejection???!!!!... Just that!!! Or no direct billing !!!. In any moment this procedure has been shared before, despite I contacted them several times to be sure they contacted my insurance. THEY made me waste my time, I left and I won't recommend this place. So NON professional.

I had a great experience at CHI Clinic during my two years in Singapore, and I highly recommend it, especially for expats. Dr. Colin and his team – Sara, Lynn, and Yasmeen – took excellent care of me. From the start, I felt comfortable with their professionalism and how they truly cared about my health. As an expat, it can be hard to find a good doctor, but CHI Clinic made everything easy. Dr. Colin took time to understand my medical needs and always answered my questions. The clinic is welcoming, and the staff – Sara, Lynn, and Yasmeen – were always friendly and helpful. Whether for regular check-ups or other treatments, I always felt well taken care of. A big thank you to CHI Clinic for all the great care I would definitely recommend CHI Clinic to anyone looking for good healthcare in Singapore.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Complete Healthcare International charge per session?

Complete Healthcare International does not publicly list a per-session rate, and the pricing display suggests a mid-range positioning. For wellness and nutrition services in Singapore, initial consultations typically run S$80–200, with follow-up sessions and package programmes priced separately. Some providers offer bundled packages of 4–8 sessions at a discount over the single-session rate. Before booking, confirm the full cost picture: the initial consultation fee, the cost of any dietary assessments or body composition analysis, whether ongoing sessions are billed separately or bundled, and the cancellation or no-show policy. Ask whether GST applies to the quoted rates. See the full Nutrition & Lifestyle cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

A GP referral is not typically required for a nutrition or lifestyle consultation, though having one can help if you intend to claim against an insurance policy or if your condition is complex — for example, managing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or post-surgical dietary needs alongside a medical team. At the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, dietary habits, and lifestyle goals. The practitioner will use this to assess whether their programme is appropriate for your situation and flag any contraindications. If you have an existing condition, bringing recent blood test results or a referral letter from your GP can make the initial session more productive.

Is the practitioner at Complete Healthcare International licensed?

Nutrition and lifestyle practitioners in Singapore are not regulated under a single mandatory licensing board in the same way that physiotherapists (AHPC) or TCM practitioners (TCMPB) are. However, registered dietitians in Singapore are credentialled through the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) and the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), and their registration is publicly verifiable. Complete Healthcare International does not currently list specific regulatory licences on this directory. Before booking, ask directly for the full name and professional registration details of the practitioner you will be seeing, and verify their credentials on the AHPC public register if they hold an allied health licence. This is particularly important if your nutrition needs are clinically driven rather than general wellness-focused.
