Wedding banquets at hotel venues are typically priced per table of ten, with sit-down dinners at Singapore hotels running S$800–2,000 or more per table depending on menu tier, service style, and whether live stations or additional courses are included. Before committing, confirm the minimum headcount, dietary options available for your guest mix (halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, no-beef), and whether a menu tasting is offered prior to signing. Clarify what is included in the quoted rate — equipment, service staff, a dedicated banquet manager, cake-cutting service — versus what is billed separately, and ask about the deposit schedule and balance payment timeline.
To begin, contact Concorde Hotel Singapore Wedding by phone or via the enquiry form to check your preferred date's availability, request a full banquet package proposal, and arrange a menu tasting before paying any deposit.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
This my second time stay in this hotel. The location is good. The staff are friendly, joyful and their service is excellent. Specially every morning we having our breakfast meal in the SPICES CAFE. We had our last night SEAFOOD BUFFET DINNER with my families. That’s was great! I Love the lobster with cheese…yummy!
Overall we had pleasant time staying at this hotel. The food, room, and services are great with very strategic location in Orchard area. There is a bus stop in front of hotel that can bring you almost everywhere in Singapore and near to MRT station also (Somerset). Even though it’s not a brand new and luxury hotel, it’s still very comfortable and well maintained.
I experienced a series of unacceptable issues during my stay at Concorde Hotel Singapore. First room: • The room had a spider, • And a strong fresh renovation smell. When I reported this, the front desk astonishingly told me “just use an air freshener”, which is not a proper solution at all. They even added that the “other rooms might also have spiders,” which was shocking and unprofessional. So I requested a room change. Second room (even worse): • There were used socks left on the floor from the previous guest. • Then a male staff entered my room without permission, after pressing the doorbell for less than one second. At that moment I was only wearing underwear, this is a major privacy violation, completely unacceptable in any hotel. Worst part – hotel management attitude: • The manager is never available, almost impossible to meet. • Everything is pushed to the front desk, and the staff were impatient and dismissive. • Despite all the issues, they offered no real apology and no compensation, and acted like it was nothing serious. This entire experience shows a complete breakdown in hygiene, privacy protocol, and management accountability. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews its standards and trains its staff properly.
Well I have a mixed feeling about this hotel. At one side they have this amazing location right in the heart of Orchard and making it easy accessible to shopping center and center city attractions, bit the hotel is quite old altho they maintain it quite well. They have big breakfast buffet selection and strict dress code where you should not wear PJ or room sandals, instead proper attire and shoes. Value for money considering location and apparently it’s quite famous for neighborhood countries. If you are not that picky with old building and simple room, and prioritize location more, this is a good choice to stay when in Singapore.
First time in Singapore and we thought that Concorde Hotel would be a good choice. We were not disappointed. We were looking for a central place within easy reach of shopping, and Orchard Road is packed with shopping malls. We also wanted easy public transport and a bus stop directly in front gets you quickly and usually without change to all the spots you will want to get to. Buses are easy with CC tap on and tap off. We chose to stay in the hotel Premier Club rooms which includes access to members lounge open daily 7am to 11pm. Here you can breakfast away from busy restaurant and enjoy evening snacks and cocktails. We were very happy with the service here and we would like to acknowlege Kirssen, Kimberly, Faridah and others for their excellent service. Room services including limited free laundry and minibar are available. We were very happy too for room housekeeping, particularly Melody who was friendly, efficient and happy to help at all times. We were unable to use the swimming pool due to cough/cold illness, but maybe next time.

Wedding banquet catering at hotel venues in Singapore is typically priced per table of ten rather than strictly per head. Hotel sit-down banquets generally run S$800–2,000 or more per table of ten, depending on menu tier, number of courses, and inclusions such as live stations or free-flow beverages. Contact Concorde Hotel Singapore Wedding directly for the current banquet menu pricing and minimum table commitment. Itemise the full cost when comparing: delivery and setup are handled in-house at a hotel venue, but confirm whether corkage applies if you bring your own wine, whether a buffet attendant or dedicated banquet captain is included, GST and service charge (typically 10% service charge plus 9% GST at hotel venues), and the deposit and balance payment schedule. Confirm directly with the banquet team which dietary options are available for your guest list — common requirements at Singapore weddings include halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, and no-beef menus. For guests who require certified halal food, ask whether the kitchen or specific menu items hold a MUIS halal certificate with a valid licence number and expiry date. Note that 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification does not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal, so this distinction is worth clarifying in writing before signing. Also ask about cross-contamination protocols if your guest list mixes dietary requirements, and whether a menu tasting session is available — most hotel banquet teams offer a tasting for confirmed bookings or those above a minimum table count.
Hotel banquet operations in Singapore are required to hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, then B, C, D. As a licensed hotel operator at 100 Orchard Road, Concorde Hotel Singapore is subject to SFA oversight; confirm the current hygiene grade directly with the venue if food safety is a priority for your planning. Hot dishes at a banquet should be held above 60°C and cold dishes below 5°C per SFA guidelines, with a cooked-to-served window of roughly two to three hours for hot food. Confirm setup arrival time, buffet or course replenishment protocol for longer receptions, and the policy on safe handling of leftovers. With 4,185 Google reviews at 4.2 out of 5, there is a robust volume of guest feedback — reviewing recent comments about food quality and service consistency is a useful supplement to your site visit. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-table rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, and balance schedule in writing.
