About Continental Delight
Continental Delight is an event caterer operating islandwide from its premises at 21 Second Chin Bee Road. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 3.8/5 rating across 19 Google reviews — a small sample size, so treat this as directional rather than conclusive. Pricing is positioned at the mid-range ($$) on a per-pax basis; prospective clients should request a written quote to confirm the current per-pax rate and minimum headcount.
When enquiring, confirm the pax count and minimum order requirement (typical minimums run 30–50 pax for full buffets, 8–15 pax for mini-buffets), the event format (buffet, mini-buffet, bento delivery, or live station), and the dietary mix across your guest list — particularly halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, and no-beef requirements. Ask whether MUIS halal certification covers the kitchen or specific menu items, and request a menu tasting before committing to the booking. Confirm what is included in the per-pax rate: delivery and setup, equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers, a buffet attendant on-site, teardown, and the balance payment schedule.
To proceed, contact Continental Delight by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, providing your event date, venue, estimated headcount, and dietary requirements, then request a written quotation and a tasting session before paying any deposit.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
Continental Delights was exceptional in every way. Their Sale Manager, Joanne was diligent and attentive to our requests, ensuring that every details were taken care of. Her prompt and responsive communication made the entire process seamless. We were impressed by her patience and willingness to accommodate our specific needs. Continent Delight truly went above and beyond to ensure our event run smoothly. It was pleasant experience working with Continental Delights and Joanne.
Special thanks to Joanne and the staff involved in the set up/preparation process for my event! Joanne even came over personally to ensure things are in order. Totally impressed with the dedication! Food is also fantastic, loved the mee soto live station especially. 👍🏼
Fish tastes really fishy and unpleasant. Sides taste extremely plain despite it's look. We were told that a handful of the bentos weren't covered properly and that there were spills from the sauces. Please don't cater from here if you want your participants to be happy 🙏🏻
This is the second time we order buffet from Contiental Delight for our company's events. Both times the service was excellent and food was delicious. Ken Lim who coordinated the entire process was very approachable and ensure our requirements were met promotly. He would also proposed suggestions to ensure our orders were processed more efficiently. William who delivered and did the setup was on time, placing all the F&B neatly and easily within reach for everyone. Will definitely recommend them.
Tissue indeed smells like old cupboard smell like store too long. Chicken is dry and tough. Fish has fishy taste, not to my personal liking. Potato Salad was bland and tasteless. Like hospital food.

Continental Delight prices on a per-pax basis at the mid-range ($$) tier, though exact figures should be confirmed directly via phone or enquiry form. Singapore market context: standard buffets typically run S$15–25/pax (minimum ~30 pax), premium buffets S$25–40/pax, mini-buffets for smaller groups S$18–30/pax (minimum 8–15 pax), bento delivery S$8–18/pax, and live-station setups S$30–60/pax. Beyond the headline per-pax rate, confirm what is included versus billed separately: delivery and setup fee for non-central or landed addresses, equipment rental (chafing dishes, warmers — sometimes included, sometimes not), a buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and GST. Before booking, confirm whether Continental Delight holds a MUIS halal certificate and whether it covers the full kitchen or only selected menus. A MUIS-issued certificate displaying a valid licence number is the only recognised standard for guests who require strict halal — 'halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification does not meet that bar. Also ask about vegetarian (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef options for Hindu guests, and any gluten-free or nut-free requirements. For mixed-dietary events, confirm cross-contamination protocols between halal and non-halal preparations. Most caterers offer a menu tasting for orders above a minimum value — request this before paying a deposit, as it lets you verify both taste and dietary compliance.
Legitimate caterers operating in Singapore hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, then B, C, and D. No regulatory licences are listed on Continental Delight's current KakiList profile, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed, so you should ask directly for the SFA licence number and hygiene grade before booking. Halal-certified caterers additionally hold a MUIS certificate, which should be visible on the company website or available on request. On food safety, cooked hot dishes should be served within a 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window, held above 60°C, per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time, replenishment protocol during the event, and the handling policy for leftovers. For events above 20 pax, avoid caterers who cannot produce an SFA licence — a food-safety incident without one leaves you without recourse. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
