About "Creative Hearts"
Creative Hearts is a playgroup provider operating at 2 Pandan Valley, Singapore 597626, with coverage across the island. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact information have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a Google rating of 4.7 out of 5 across 31 reviews — a moderate sample size that suggests broadly positive parent experiences, though prospective families should weigh this alongside a personal visit. Fees are priced at the mid-range tier ($$) on a monthly recurring basis.
When enquiring about a place, it is worth contacting Creative Hearts to ask about available slots for your intended start month, as playgroup enrolment can move quickly, particularly at the beginning of the calendar year. During your initial contact, ask about the daily routine, the child-to-caregiver ratio, and the settling-in approach used to help younger children transition into the group environment. If your child holds Singapore citizenship, enquire whether ECDA subsidies are applicable to this programme, as eligibility depends on the centre's registration status.
The most practical next step is to reach Creative Hearts directly via phone or the enquiry form listed on this page, request a centre visit, and confirm current slot availability for your preferred start date before making any financial commitment.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

Our children, 3 and 5 attended the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse camp in June and they really enjoyed themselves. They talked about what they learnt, even weeks later. Drop off was easy and the school is conveniently located. We appreciated photos and videos from the school which helped us know what the children learnt and could have conversations with them after the camp. The teacher student ratio was also good and the children had a good time. We look forward to joining more of the holiday programs!
Started letting my daughter have kids on keys (basics to piano) lessons here before moving on to proper piano lessons. It was good cause she can start younger and now she’s able to sight read well. My daughter enjoys the lessons at creative hearts and we really appreciate the experience the year end concert has given her. Keep up the good work!
My 2 kids and I really enjoy all our music lessons here. My son and I are currently taking individual piano lessons with Natalie while my daughter is taking group music classes. Natalie is very versatile and encourages us to learn the music we like while teaching useful skills. Most importantly we learn to appreciate music itself and have fun jamming together to our favourite pieces as a family. Also worth commending teachers Liyana, Yen Ling and Nadia for always encouraging our little daughter and putting up with her idiosyncrasies:)
My daughter attended Creative Hearts Piano classes since she was 6 years old. She likes going for lessons and her teacher connects really well with her, which we felt was a plus point. To our delightful surprise, for her grade 1 (in person) ABRSM exam, she scored a distinction. ❤️ We are very thankful and attribute this to the nurturing and encouraging environment at the school.
Friendly teachers and staff. My child took her first music playgroup here since she’s 7 months old. Now she is taking piano lessons here. Creative Hearts offers different kinds of music learning classes that suit different age groups and music interests.

Creative Hearts is priced at the mid-range ($$) tier on a monthly recurring basis. When enquiring, ask for a full fee breakdown that includes any one-time registration fee, the deposit amount (commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any additional charges for uniforms or personal accident insurance. Childcare and playgroup fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly figure quoted should be the amount you pay. It is worth confirming in writing whether the deposit is refundable and under what notice period. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Government subsidies for childcare and playgroup in Singapore are available to Singapore citizen children enrolled at ECDA-licensed centres. The Basic Subsidy provides up to S$600 per month for infant care and S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock 56 hours or more per month may qualify for the Additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy on top of this. An Additional Subsidy of up to S$710 per month (combined with the Working Mother Subsidy) is available for lower-income households on an income-tested basis. Permanent Resident children receive partial subsidies at lower quantum levels. Subsidy amounts are subject to change — visit the ECDA website for the most current figures and to confirm whether Creative Hearts is an eligible centre for subsidy claims.
Playgroup and childcare slots in Singapore can fill several months in advance, with January being the peak intake period for the new academic year. For popular centres, families often enquire three to twelve months ahead, and infant care places in particular tend to be secured earliest. To hold a place, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and deposit. Contact Creative Hearts directly via phone or the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your preferred start month, and clarify what is needed to formally secure a slot once one is confirmed.
