My wife and I were here today (14 DECEMBER 2025) for a dim sum brunch. It has been a long time since we have dined at a Crystal Jade outlet. We ordered the following here: a Crystal Har Kau, a Steamed Cheong Fun Prawn, a Steamed Prawn Pork Beancurd, 3 pieces of Steamed BBQ Pork Bun, and a Pan-fried Carrot Cake. Overall, the dim sum here was good, but not great - the dim sum "skins" could have been better in encapsulating their contents, but the chilli paste here was very good. Service here was good - friendly and courteous. The dining ambience here was good - the tables were set apart nicely and the air-conditioning here was very good. By the way, we also took away a BBQ Pork Pastry, but felt that it was a tad underwhelming.

Came to this branch on a Sunday night for dinner with my family, and it was relatively disappointing. First and foremost, I must say the food was above average, there were hits and misses but overall the food tasted good. Vinaigrette wontons were not great, scallion noodles were awesome, XLBs were ok, carrot cake was the BOMB, easily the best dish here. The other dishes were quite good as well. Service: while the frontline servers were friendly and helpful, food service was poorly managed, firstly, some appetizers came, but I had to ask them for the rice I ordered only after we finished some of the food cause we realized it wasn’t coming. Next, there was a huge gap in between some dishes and our meal was a little bit of a stop start stop start affair which was irritating. The wait in between dishes was also too long and I hope they rectify this. Overall an ok experience but I’m sure they can do better given the tough competition around them with this cuisine.

Ordered Steamed Fish with Minced Garlic and Black Bean, and Sautéed Broccoli with Minced and Fried Garlic for dinner. Both dishes were delicious. Fish was big, fresh and steaming hot when served. Broccoli was nice too. Nice atmosphere and good service.

Food was decent but none of the dishes were memorable nor impressive. Given the entrance of multiple Chinese chains over the past year, this restaurant needs to be more innovative / improve their dishes to remain competitive in the food scene.
