Enquiring typically begins with a first consultation to discuss your health goals — whether that is weight management, sports performance, chronic condition support, or general dietary improvement. From there, a practitioner will assess your current nutrition habits and any relevant medical background before recommending a programme. Clients should clarify upfront whether sessions are one-to-one or group-based, whether packages require a term commitment, and what the cancellation or rescheduling policy looks like. The CBD location at One Raffles Place makes it convenient for working professionals seeking lunchtime or after-work appointments.
To get started, reach Daily Cut Nutrition via phone or the enquiry form on their listing, and ask for a first-consultation slot that suits your schedule before committing to any package.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
It's not as crowded as before. I finally understand why - the portion have been halved. Can't fill stomach for the price paid. They only fill the bowl halfway now, unlike the usual brim-full serving.
Amazing dish as always by the daily cut. Always get my calories fixed and essential for a healthy, balanced meal. Ordered their $17 package which have 2 bases, 2 proteins, 3 supplements. Super tasty and taste good as well! A regular customer here and hope they can keep up the good work!
I am a regular customer who really love the food at daily cut! However the cheap packaging is really not it. We’re alright to top up money for the paper bag but can you guys improve on the takeaway box and lid?? This happened to me twice where i carried it in the bag and the lid gave way and the sauce and content from the box fall out and cause a mess when im transporting from the shop back home!!
Food is good, but the portions vary too widely based on who is serving, which is disappointing. They really should have staff weigh out their portions. Always had a good experience with Daily Cut but recently there have been discrepancies with how much food they dish out. The picture is one egregious case; I ordered a full regular salad with roast beef (full portion) to take home, and it only came up to 76 grams of beef, which is a lot less than what it used to give, about 120g. If full portion is 76g then I can’t imagine what half portion is. No I can: it’s 38g. 38g of beef? Again, they should have staff weighing their portions instead of winging it from bowl to bowl.
I have been a regular customer of daily cuts and lately, I have noticed a significant drop in quality control. Items like corns, mushrooms, broccoli are consistently over charred making much of the food inedible thus I have to throw them away. Please see to it that food quality standard is maintained. It’s disappointing to see its food standard decline. Attached pic of non edible charred mushroom

Daily Cut Nutrition is listed at a '$$' price tier, which in the Singapore wellness market typically indicates mid-range pricing. For nutrition and lifestyle consultations, per-session rates in Singapore generally range from S$80 to S$200, with packages and term commitments often bringing the per-session cost down. A first or initial consultation may be priced differently — sometimes higher as an assessment session, or occasionally offered at a promotional rate. Confirm the exact fee structure directly, including whether materials, follow-up resources, or body composition assessments are bundled into the session price or billed separately. Most nutrition and lifestyle providers conduct an intake assessment at the first visit to understand your dietary history, health goals, and any medical conditions or medications that could affect recommendations. You are unlikely to need a formal GP referral to book directly, though having recent blood work or a letter from your doctor is useful if you are managing a chronic condition such as diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol. A referral can also be helpful if you intend to claim the consultation under an insurance plan — some corporate and integrated shield plans cover dietitian-reviewed nutrition programmes when accompanied by a GP referral. Confirm the intake process and any documents to bring when you book your first appointment.
In Singapore, dietitians practising in a clinical capacity should be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Dietitians register — verifiable on the AHPC public register at careers.moh.gov.sg. Nutrition coaches and lifestyle consultants who do not hold a clinical dietitian credential are not currently regulated under a mandatory licensing framework, so credentials and training vary widely between providers. No regulatory licence details are currently listed for Daily Cut Nutrition on KakiList. Before committing to a programme, ask the practitioner directly for their qualification, professional registration number if applicable, and any continuing education in nutrition science. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
