About Delifrance Catering Singapore

About Delifrance Catering Singapore

Delifrance Catering Singapore provides islandwide event catering, operating from its base at KK Hospital on Bukit Timah Road. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the service carries a 4.7/5 rating across 625 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent customer experience. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) and is structured on a per-pax basis, which is standard for buffet and event catering in Singapore.

When planning your event, start by confirming the pax count and minimum headcount, as most buffet caterers require a minimum of 30–50 guests; smaller groups may be served through a mini-buffet format. Share the dietary mix early — particularly whether guests require halal-certified food, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, or no-beef options — so the menu can be configured accordingly. It is worth asking whether a menu tasting is available before you finalise the booking, and confirming what equipment is included: chafing dishes, warmers, serving tongs, and whether a buffet attendant will be on-site. Clarify the delivery and setup window, the teardown timing, and the deposit and balance schedule so there are no surprises on the day.

To get started, reach out to Delifrance Catering Singapore by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing, providing your event date, venue, pax count, and any dietary requirements so they can confirm menu options and availability.

The staff at Delifrance KKH are friendly and welcoming. Despite being in a hospital, the place has good vibes and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff also gave good food recommendations, which made the experience even better. A comforting spot for a nice break. 😊

Amalina is so sweet. I ordered my breakfast platter. Cannot find pepper ask her for help. She knows I want pepper for my eggs. Thank you so much. And her conversation with her colleague is full of respect and soft.

Initially I was a bit put off by rude female staff’s response approach when I enquiring halfway where shld I queue to order as she interrupted me by loudly asking “You ordering right?? Queue over there!” as she gestured twds the range display side. When Raj took over the POS ordering, his level of managing front end turned around the experience for me.His order processing was a delightful one for me (and made the slight wait worth our time). Raj exhibited professionalism by being polite & attended to me with eye contact & warm greeting the moment he noticed that we were looking @ him (Ps. we were next in line & he was almost done with processing the customer’s order ahead of us). When I complimented him “thanks for your good service” he humbly acknowledged my with a genuine smile saying “thanks” (while still making sure my order was promptly prepared in nice, orderly neat fashion). Contrary to female counter staff whose is cold, stern & gives the impression of being arrogant when managing the customers queuing to order, Raj is well-composed and delivered such exemplary service that truly makes that significant difference in levelling up our local F&B service industry (esp. so for a renown, reputable establishment like Delifrance). I truly hope Delifrance will recognise & reward Raj for taking pride in his work. Way to go, Raj. Well done, keep up the good work..!! Customer, Ms Chia (27 Feb 2026 / Fri - 11:22am) Nb. Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Delifrance Catering Singapore charge per pax?

Delifrance Catering Singapore uses per-pax pricing, which is standard for buffet event catering. Singapore market norms for reference: standard buffet runs S$15–25/pax (minimum approximately 30–50 pax), premium buffet S$25–40/pax, mini-buffet for smaller groups S$18–30/pax (minimum 8–15 pax), and live-station catering S$30–60/pax. Contact Delifrance directly for their current menu tiers and minimum headcount. Beyond the per-pax rate, confirm what is included versus billed separately: delivery and setup fee for your venue, equipment rental such as chafing dishes and warmers (sometimes bundled, sometimes not), buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and GST. For non-central addresses, a delivery surcharge may apply. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →

What dietary options and halal certification does Delifrance Catering Singapore offer?

Delifrance is a well-established French-inspired food brand in Singapore, but you should confirm directly whether their catering operation holds a MUIS halal certificate for the specific kitchen and menu being offered. A MUIS certificate displays a licence number and validity dates — 'halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal compliance. Also confirm availability of vegetarian options, no-beef dishes for Hindu guests, gluten-free, and nut-free choices. Ask about cross-contamination protocols if your guest list has mixed dietary requirements. Most caterers at this scale offer a menu tasting session for orders above a minimum value — take this up before committing to a deposit, as it lets you assess portion size, flavour, and presentation firsthand.

Is Delifrance Catering Singapore licensed and how is food safety handled?

No regulatory licences are listed on this KakiList profile. Before booking, ask Delifrance Catering Singapore to provide their SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence number and current hygiene grade — A is the highest, followed by B, C, and D. These are verifiable on the SFA online directory. If halal certification is relevant to your event, request the MUIS certificate number and check validity dates independently. For food safety at the event, cooked food should be served within a roughly 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window for hot dishes, with hot-hold above 60°C and cold-hold below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time, buffet replenishment protocol, and the handling policy for any leftovers at teardown. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
