About Deluxe Catering Singapore
Deluxe Catering Singapore is an islandwide catering provider operating from Admiralty Street in the north of Singapore. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channel. It carries a Google rating of 3.3 out of 5 from 18 reviews — a small sample that should be treated as directional only. Pricing is displayed at the mid-range band on a per-pax basis, which aligns with the buffet catering model.
When enquiring, confirm the minimum headcount for your event (typically 30 to 50 pax for a standard buffet, or 8 to 15 for a mini-buffet), the service format you need — buffet, bento delivery, or live station — and the dietary mix of your guest list, including halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, and no-beef requirements. Ask whether a MUIS halal certificate is held for the kitchen or specific menus, and whether a menu tasting is available before you commit. Confirm what is included in the quoted per-pax rate: delivery and setup, chafing dishes and warmers, on-site buffet attendant, and teardown. Establish the delivery and setup arrival window, the food-safety hold time for hot dishes, and the deposit and balance payment schedule before signing.
To take the next step, contact Deluxe Catering Singapore by phone or through the enquiry form with your event date, venue, estimated headcount, and dietary requirements to receive a per-pax quote and check availability.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
The canapés were beautifully presented, creative, and truly refined. Each bite was well-balanced in flavour, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and perfectly suited to our guests’ tastes.
Quick response, super helpful and so generous. Best part is that the food was so delicious: we ordered Luxe Social Pack B for a small group at our son's birthday party, so many parents asked where we ordered from. We added on sliders, mini lobster rolls for the kids and they proved popular indeed - should have ordered more! Also added on the steak which was so tender and such gd value. Thank u for making my son's birthday party so memorable! 🥳
Absolutely amazing experience with Luxe Catering! I chose Luxe Catering for my wedding dinner , and Blossom and her team are super professional and helpful. The food is really really nice too. I can’t thank them enough for providing such quality food and experience for my wedding. You guys are awesome!
Work event had to be postponed due to force majeure. Totally inflexible to give any sort of discount to move to another date, despite the fact other vendors did exactly that. We would have ended up spending even more with them but instead will not use or recommend them. Such a shame.
Had a CNY buffet lunch spread for my company staff and some clients with live station serving risotto which was excellently done.

Deluxe Catering Singapore prices on a per-pax basis at a mid-range band. For context, Singapore buffet catering typically runs S$15–25 per pax for a standard spread, S$25–40 per pax for a premium buffet, S$18–30 per pax for mini-buffets (minimum 8–15 pax), and S$8–18 per pax for bento delivery. Live-station formats can run S$30–60 per pax. Confirm the minimum headcount and what is included: delivery and setup, chafing dishes and warmers, on-site buffet attendant (typically S$80–150 per attendant if billed separately), waste collection, and teardown. Ask whether a delivery surcharge applies for venues outside the central region, and factor in GST. Put the full per-pax breakdown in writing before paying any deposit. When enquiring, ask whether Deluxe Catering Singapore holds a MUIS halal certificate — the certificate should display a licence number and validity dates. A claim of 'halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal compliance. Also confirm vegetarian (lacto-ovo versus vegan), no-beef options for Hindu guests, and any gluten-free or nut-free requirements. Ask about cross-contamination protocols when the event has a mixed dietary guest list. Most caterers at this scale offer a menu tasting before booking for orders above a minimum value — request one before committing, as it is the most reliable way to assess portion size, taste, and presentation.
No regulatory licences are currently listed for Deluxe Catering Singapore on KakiList. Before booking, ask the company directly for its SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence number and hygiene grade — A is highest, followed by B, C, and D. Halal-certified caterers also hold a MUIS certificate, both of which should be available on request or visible on the company's website. Cooked food for events should be served within a 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window for hot dishes, held above 60°C, and cold items held below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time, buffet replenishment protocol, and the handling policy for leftovers. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
