About DePacific Dental Kids Clinic
DePacific Dental Kids Clinic is a paediatric dental practice based in Ang Mo Kio, serving families islandwide. The clinic holds a 4.9/5 rating across 520 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistently positive patient experience. No regulatory licences are listed in the current directory record, and the clinic is not confirmed as ACRA-registered at this time; prospective patients should verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the treating dentists' registration with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC) directly before booking.
For a first visit, parents typically contact the clinic by phone or the online form to describe the child's dental concern — routine check-up, first visit, a specific complaint such as tooth decay, sensitivity, or trauma — and to confirm appointment availability. Paediatric dental clinics use age-appropriate techniques and behaviour management protocols to make the experience less stressful for young patients; it is worth asking the clinic about their approach for anxious or younger children before the appointment. Bring the child's health booklet or any prior dental records, and confirm whether the clinic participates in the Medisave-linked or CHAS outpatient dental benefit — CHAS Blue and Orange cardholders can claim subsidised dental treatment at participating GP-affiliated dental clinics, and children may be eligible under the School Dental Service or MOM-registered schemes depending on age and institution.
The most direct next step is to call DePacific Dental Kids Clinic or submit the enquiry form to check appointment slots, confirm the consultation fee and any investigation costs, and verify the treating dentist's SDC registration number before attending.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Dental Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I had a dental appointment with my assigned dentist, Dr Erica Anwar, at the branch this morning. It was another pleasant visit, as usual, as Dr Erica and her de Pacific colleagues were both friendly and professional. Dr Erica, in particular, has always been very friendly, approachable and yet professional when she attends to me. She is patient, assuring and clear in her communication and interaction with me (and all her clients, I presume). She explores and explains viable options to her clients, with clarity, practicality and considerations for their financial commitments. Dr Erica has been my attending dentist for a few years and I would recommend her to anyone, who is looking for a caring and professional dentist. My family and friends have also been visiting de Pacific AMK branch due to the good services provided by their team of professional dentists.
My son has been with dePacific (AMK) for the past four years and Dr Bran Chan and Dr Alex have been wonderful paediatric dentists. They are patient and gentle, making every dental visit enjoyable and non-threatening for children. I recently consulted Dr Kenneth Tan for my own dental issue and had an equally positive experience. He took the time to patiently explain my condition and the proposed treatment plan. Most importantly, he is highly skilled. My complex dental procedure was completed successfully without any complications and my recovery has been smooth. I highly recommend dePacific (AMK).
A very professional and patient-centred dental clinic. I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. The dentist was very detailed and careful about my feelings as a patient. Whenever I got nervous because of the equipment sounds, the assistant gently tapped my shoulder to calm me down, which I really appreciated. There was no rushing into unnecessary treatment. Even though I wanted to start Invisalign as soon as possible, Dr Kenneth Tan honestly advised me to stabilise my cracked tooth first. That level of care and professionalism gave me a lot of trust. Whenever I need help, I can text their WhatsApp and the replies are always quick.
From my 1st appointment diagnosis to my 2nd appointment for treatment, Doctor Kenneth has been very patient in explaining and very professional. On my treatment session, he make sure I’m in a comfortable and relax atmosphere. My crowning session was painless and even after, no swelling or experience any discomfort on my gum. Thank you Doctor Kenneth and to his assistant. The administrative staff at the counter was really friendly making sure you feel welcome. They are really helpful and tactful. Overall I had a great experience and be sure to recommend friends and families this clinic. Applause to all the dentists and staff ! You guys have done a great job, keep it up! 👏🏻👏🏻
Dr. Khoo provides exceptional care. Her bedside manner is wonderful—she is patient, caring, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I especially appreciate how she breaks down complex procedures into easy-to-understand terms and always ensures all my concerns are addressed. She is a truly dedicated professional who puts her patients first. The rest of the team is just as impressive. Assistant Rong Rong is amazing and makes the treatment process seamless. Additionally, the front desk staff, Jeannie and Hui Lin, are so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a professional and compassionate team!

Every legitimate dental clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act, and every practising dentist is registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC) — the SDC public register at sdc.gov.sg allows you to search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. No licences are currently listed in this directory record, so patients should ask the clinic directly for its MOH licence number and the treating dentist's SDC registration before booking. For paediatric dentists who have completed specialist training, look for Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in Paediatric Dentistry or specialist accreditation listed on the SDC register. General dentists with a strong interest in children's dentistry are also common in paediatric practices but hold a general SDC registration rather than a specialist one — both are legitimate, but the distinction is worth clarifying for complex cases.
Routine outpatient dental — check-ups, fillings, extractions, fluoride, sealants — is not claimable under MediSave or MediShield Life Integrated Shield Plans. However, surgical dental procedures such as surgical extraction of impacted teeth or certain oral surgery interventions may be MediSave-claimable under the relevant surgical withdrawal limits; confirm with the clinic and your insurer before proceeding. CHAS (Community Health Assist Scheme) Blue and Orange cardholders can claim subsidised dental treatment at CHAS-enrolled dental clinics — confirm whether DePacific Dental Kids Clinic is enrolled. Some private health or dental insurance policies cover routine paediatric dental up to an annual limit; check your policy terms and ask the clinic for an itemised receipt for reimbursement claims. For any planned procedure beyond a routine visit, request a written financial counselling estimate that separates the estimated insurance payout from the out-of-pocket portion to avoid bill surprises.
