This place is an absolute racket. One appointment and some medicine for two weeks cost in excess of $500! Apparently the dr charge by the 15mins but this was not made clear at the booking stage. I thought I had an hour to talk about my problems however seems not. Dr was looking at their watch during the consultation- they didn’t offer much help only prescription and then have to see another type of dr. My insurance has run out after this huge bill. Honestly they are taking advantage of people that already have mental health struggles and therefore probably also money struggles too. I left feeling more anxious than I came. Health policy is Singapore doesn’t at all prioritise mental health you’d be lucky to get any allowance and here it won’t buy you even a small course of treatment to feel better. Find somewhere that cares about patient not just grabbing money.
