About Dr Lee Khai Pin Paediatrics
Dr Lee Khai Pin Paediatrics is a private paediatric practice located at Parkway East Medical Centre on Joo Chiat Place, serving families across Singapore. The clinic holds a 4.8-out-of-5 rating across 240 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides meaningful confidence in the patient experience. No regulatory licences are currently listed in the KakiList record, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed, so parents are advised to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and Dr Lee's Singapore Medical Council registration directly before booking.
Parents typically contact the clinic by phone or through the online enquiry form to arrange a first consultation for a child's presenting concern — whether that is a fever, respiratory illness, developmental milestone query, growth assessment, or the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule. A private specialist paediatric consultation in Singapore generally runs S$120–250 for a first visit, with follow-up visits typically S$80–180, plus any investigations such as blood panels, urine tests, or referrals for imaging. For planned visits, it is worth confirming whether the clinic accepts Integrated Shield Plan pre-authorisation and which MediSave withdrawal limits apply — the Chronic Disease Management Programme covers selected chronic paediatric conditions, and the MediSave 500/700 outpatient limits are relevant for ongoing management.
To make an appointment, contact the clinic directly by phone or through the enquiry form on the listing, stating the child's age, the nature of the concern, and your preferred timing.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Visiting Dr Jeanette since almost a year for my toddler. She’s very patient and thorough. Her suggestions are balanced (western and traditional approaches balanced.) and she spends a lot of time problem-solving instead of simply slapping suggestions on you. A doctor who really understands that every child and parent are different
I am truly grateful for the care my baby girl has received at Parkway East Paediatric Clinic. We have visited this clinic several times for her development checks, as well as when she was unwell with a chesty cough and runny nose. Each visit has been met with the same level of professionalism, patience, and thorough care. Both Dr Alison and Dr Jeanette were incredibly attentive and took the time to explain my baby’s condition in detail. My father, who accompanied us, is a man of few words, but even he appreciated how clearly the doctors explained everything. Their words reassured him, which meant a lot to me. The nurses were wonderful. They were clear in their instructions, making sure we understood how to care for my baby at home. Their warmth and professionalism made each visit a smooth and reassuring experience. Do take note to make an appointment in advance, as they will do their best to schedule you for the earliest available slot. One advantage of Parkway East Paediatric Clinic is that if the clinic’s appointments are full, there is an alternative option to visit the Paediatric Urgent Care center, where your child can receive treatment right away. This added convenience and accessibility provide peace of mind for parents Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic to any parent looking for excellent paediatric care.
Bought my 3 months old baby to parkway east clinic, staff and doctors were very professional and polite. They even do suction for infants which my boy felt much better after. 🙏🏼
Dr. Jeanette is amazing! She has such a warm and kind personality. She is understanding and so super helpful. We feel very safe in her company and trusts her with our daughter’s health. The nurses in the clinic are wonderful. They are so sweet and helpful. They reply super fast and they take such good care of our baby. Always smiling faces and very welcoming.
I am utterly appalled by the way Parkway East Paediatric Clinic has handled my child’s case. I deeply regret not returning to my children’s trusted paediatrician, Dr. Terrace Tan from Kinder Clinic. The only reason I chose Parkway East this time was due to its proximity to my home and the seemingly positive reviews, but my experience has been nothing short of a profound disappointment. On March 7, I brought my daughter, Kayl Ling to the clinic as she had been battling a high fever for four days, accompanied by a cough. Dr. Jeanette recommended my daughter to do four blood tests ,and we received 2 of the 4 blood test results within 2 hours and was informed that the remaining two would take longer. I followed up early the following week, only to be told that the results were still not ready. Despite waiting patiently, I had to call again the week after—only to face endless unanswered calls before finally getting through on March 19. To my shock, the clinic staff claimed that the doctor had already called me on March 7 to discuss the results. This is completely untrue, not only did I never receive any call, but the full results weren’t even available on that date. I have no idea whom the doctor supposedly spoke to, but it certainly wasn’t me. I firmly insisted that I had received no such call and requested to speak directly to the doctor, only to be told that she was on leave. The staff assured me that she would contact me once she returned. Yet, to this day—March 25—I have neither received the full blood test results nor heard from the doctor at all. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating and utterly unprofessional. When it comes to a child’s health, such negligence and miscommunication are completely unacceptable. I trusted this clinic to provide proper care, and instead, I have been met with irresponsibility, inefficiency, and a complete lack of accountability.

Private paediatric specialist consultations in Singapore typically run S$120–250 for a first visit and S$80–180 for follow-ups. On top of the consultation, common investigations billed separately include blood panels (S$60–200), urine cultures, and where required, referrals for ultrasound (S$150–400) or X-ray (S$80–150). NIP vaccinations are administered in-clinic and priced individually — confirm the schedule and per-dose cost when booking. For any planned procedure or investigation, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. GST applies on private medical services. See the full paediatric cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate private specialist clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. The consulting paediatrician should also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and any disciplinary history. No licences are currently listed in this KakiList record, so parents should verify both the clinic licence and Dr Lee's SMC entry directly before booking — neither alone is sufficient. For paediatric specialists, fellowship with the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS) in Paediatric Medicine is the meaningful additional credential beyond basic SMC registration. Confirm whether Dr Lee holds specialist accreditation when you contact the clinic.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life can cover private specialist consultations and day procedures subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. For planned procedures, obtain pre-authorisation and a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer before the appointment to avoid post-visit claim disputes. MediSave can be used for outpatient visits under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient care, and S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for qualifying chronic conditions such as asthma, eczema management, and others listed by MOH. For children seeing a paediatrician regularly for a chronic condition, ask the clinic whether the condition is CDMP-listed, as this increases your annual MediSave withdrawal limit. For any planned investigation or referral, request an itemised cost estimate in writing so you can confirm what insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket each cover before committing.
