Visiting Dr Selina is truly wonderful and about as comfortable as a visit to a gynaecologist can possibly be. She is direct, knowledgeable, empathetic, non judgemental, and refreshingly no nonsense. If you are looking for modern, progressive, and objective medical advice, she is absolutely the right person. Her team also deserves special mention. They are professional, patient, and genuinely empathetic, which makes a real difference. Coming from Europe, where doctors often do not take the time to explain every step and manipulation during an examination, this approach is a big and very welcome change.

Dr Selina Chua was disgraceful. I was extremely surprised as to how condescending and disrespectful a doctor can be ! I was keeping her experience and age in mind and wanted to give the benefit of doubt - however, she was rude, extremely unprofessional, making rude statements, made very unprofessional remarks and not willing to treat the problem I visited her for. Even in my first appointment she very reluctantly sent some tests which later revealed I indeed needed medication, but at the time she was saying 'I will not treat for the sake of treating', throwing her hands in the air and almost shouting, giving a 20min lecture on fitness and what my heart rate should be while exercising, which would be totally unrelated to my reason for seeing her. On top of that making statements like 'you clearly seem like the expert' - just because I asked a question. When a doctor behaves like that and doesn't want to treat patients they should STOP practicing and be reported for discrimination, rudeness and condescending remarks. She was verbally aggressive and disrespectful.

Dr Selina Chua — Rude, extremely unprofessional, and completely lacking basic human decency. My mom sought professional help and was met with yelling and repeated disrespectful statements. There was no empathy, no respect, only verbal aggression. Other patients were treated differently, which also makes this feel biased and/or discriminatory. For someone in such a senior, trusted medical role, this behaviour is not just unacceptable — it’s deeply unethical. Disgraceful.

Dr Selina Chua has been absolutely amazing for us- and our actions back our words - all our 3 babies have been birthed under her & her team's wondrous care She is so skilled and experienced, even with our 1st baby breeched nearing our EDD, she was confident of being able to maneuver our baby into the right position even if I went into natural labor then. Many reviews shared that she has a no-nonsense approach and that is absolutely true. We love that she tells us as it is, without sugar coating anything. However, being no-nonsense does not equate to her being cold. She has shared many humorous anecdotes with us during consultations and gave us so much assurance when we had nervous episodes. It would definitely be Dr Selina Chua again if we ever have another :)

Very unpleasant experience. Doctor was dismissive when I asked some questions, even told me off at one point. To be treated in such a nasty manner in such a vulnerable setting makes the experience very traumatic.
