Called beforehand to check if i could come after work & ask for doctor availability. However, person/ female employee who picked up the call was extremely rude & refused to speak in English. She was then yelling at the phone & ended the call on me. I don't have to visit this clinic for me to know the professionalism of the place.

Honestly do not know why the rating is low. I can always trust this clinic. Since young, my mum has brought me to this clinic to see doctor. I have seen them for more than 20 years The staff might not seem friendly but they are helpful. Doctor sim and doctor koh are very experienced doctors , and they are very friendly. Very trilingual too (English, mandarin and dialect (Teochew)). Very good experience in this clinic for more than 20 years 👍
