Dr Terence Tan is excellent and not the issue. I waited almost two hours due to Dr Tan attending to an emergency — understandable. What was unacceptable was the lack of communication. Most of the wait was without any information on when the doctor would return or how much longer the wait would be unless I asked. Twice. Even payment involved blind waiting despite very few patients remaining. This was a routine first paediatric visit. The prolonged, uncommunicated waiting resulted in my newborn leaving past the scheduled feeding time. In a paediatric setting, basic communication and expectation management should be standard. Waiting is understandable. Waiting blindly with an infant is not.

Got referred to Dr Terence Tan by our Gynae. Doctor: Dr Terence is a great PD, patient and assuring of the concerns we had. Clinic: Processes could be managed better to handle the crowd and queue management. Waited ~2 hours as Dr Terence had an emergency that he needs to attend to, and we didn't know until we ran out of patience and approached the staff. Conclusion: Doctor Terence is great, but you could probably find a PD with a better clinic management. P.S. thankful to have met Dr Terence Tan though :)

Has been to this clinic multiple times. From my first who is 5 years old and now our new born. Really love the clinic staff. They are very helpful and friendly. And even when you go to another outlet there are chances you meet the same nurses there. Call it coincidental but they remember my first daughter and was definitely taken by suprise. Cause it’s been months since jiejie went back to mount a cause grandma usually brings her to kinder clinic at Gleneagles. I highly recommend this clinic. Not only for the nurses & Dr. Really love it.

Bad experience with this clinic. Especially with this so called nurse by the name of Rosabel See. Told her multiple times to book a correct time for my appointment but yet got it wrong. And worse.. attitude is terrible. Tell me bluntly that vaccine bruise is normal. Without any care or empathy. Not sure how she is a nurse. Clinic for your info so you can take necessary action.

Very disappointed with the service and lack of initiative from this clinic. I’ve been requesting a doctor’s statement since 28 July 2025, and as of 23 October 2025, the process is still not completed. The experience was frustrating from the start — the email address for such requests wasn’t clearly listed anywhere, and I later found out that my email went to their accounting address. Rather than helping to redirect it to the correct department, the staff simply left it there with no follow-up. The nurses also claimed they tried calling me several times, but I never received a single missed call or message. In today’s age with so many communication channels (WhatsApp, email, etc.), there was clearly no initiative to ensure proper follow-up. If you’re planning to visit this clinic and may need any insurance-related documents, be prepared for a long, inefficient process and poor communication. Overall, a very disappointing and unwelcoming experience. NOTE: the only reason why this clinic still has 1 star is because of Dr Terence Tan. He is probably the only reason why i ever wanted to come to this clinic. The nurses, processes and operations are all in a mess.
