I saw Elizabeth Ho. I highly do not recommend her as I found her unprofessional. She tried to diagnose me in the first 30 minutes of our session which was confusing because I had started the session by sharing that I was aware of my diagnoses because of previous clinicians. She disregarded that and asked me many inane questions that mostly started with “why.” At one point she asked me why I do not have hobbies and seem disturbed by my responses. To be honest, I wish I could report her to SPS but she is not accredited or registered so she cannot be investigated. It is disappointing that her incompetence has not been flagged by the clinic or her supervisor either.

Resilience Clinic is a great place to go to as they have very experienced counsellors. My counsellor Yiling is an extremely experienced and caring counsellor. Unfortunately, she has left but I was handed over to a new counsellor who is just as caring and experienced. Front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. Thank you Resilience.
