Good and experienced doctor, we are thankful to be assigned to him when we brought our child in the middle of the night after more than 1 week of unresolved illness and misdiagnosis from other doctors. Doctor Low was able to correctly diagnose my child’s condition and a simple treatment later, my child recovered. So grateful for his expertise. For the follow up visit at the clinic, it was a very pleasant experience with exceptional service and kindness from the receptionist/nurse, they are so helpful and nice unlike some other children clinics. Will consult Dr Low in future for my children. Thanks!

This is backdated post but I’m still very thankful for Dr Low. He is a very experienced and good doctor, he is able to diagnose my son sickness almost immediately upon seeing him but still give one more day to 100% confirm it cos the treatment is not cheap, the 10 days window period is very crucial for my son to be saved otherwise there will be complications to his sickness. Previously, we went to another hospital but was wrongly diagnose and were sent back home. I’m very glad to have found Dr Low, he’s also a very nice doctor and able to answer all the queries that the parents had, when my children did not get well by seeing other GPs, I will definitely thought of Dr Low, just that the distance to his clinic is very far for me as I have moved house otherwise will see him first, thank you Dr Low.

An experience and professional paediatrician for my 2 kids cos normally GP's medications doesn't seemed to work for them. So I do strongly recommend Dr Low as he fulfills his role for so many years with passion and empathy and would follow up closely by phone call to check on my son's condition. Best to make an appointment first before heading now as it's quite packed as usual. Nurses are friendly and attentive and caring too.

We love Dr Loh, Been going for both my kids. The staff are very welcoming, they will call to remind your appt and greet by name. Dr Loh is knowledgeable and relaxed even in times when we were panicking about our baby. I love how he doesn’t make big deal about things cause it calms me down, especially during the time when I was a new parent 6 years ago. I love how homely and cosy his clinic is, it was what I needed compared to all aesthetically pleasing ones that you see a lot now. It’s not the facade but how they care of both my kids in times when they need medical attention. Didn’t even try to upsell me anything. Love it.
