We were looking for a helper to assist with our newborn infant and came across Eden Grace. They do not have tons of promotions & freebies like some other agencies do, but the quality of service throughout our search has been excellent. The sales person who assisted us, Snooky, was also very responsive and patient as we went through many profiles before finding the helper we thought was suitable. Thank you!
I’ve gotten 4 helpers from Eden Grace so far, and they have all been good. It’s unfortunate for me that all of them leave will leave after completing 1st contract, not Eden Grace issue but would be nice if I can secure one that can stay longer term with me. Perhaps the profile that I have been looking for just cant stay long.
Really enjoyed breakfast and the bar was nice. The hotel rooms were average. Location was central. I want impressed with being kept up till 1pm by lift malfunctions and chronic noise and spending a good 30 minutes explaining matters to reception but then moving rooms during early hours. We was promised a part refund via bookings after the saying hours talking to staff and they have failed to now reply to emails after replying to first emails. Customer service isn’t 3/5 star it’s 1 regarding management team. Shame as the hotel presents as a very nice grand place. The gym was tried and small and sauna needs to be pre booked and can only be used at limited times and the steam wasn’t working and neither was any of the running machines so most of the gym/ with ‘spa’ was not functioning. The two rooms we stayed in were both ok but for the price they were not what I’m used to. The staff and quality of breakfast was great and had a lot of wall in people from outside and I could see why. Bar was really good cocktails and the same with walk in people as well. Some of the reception staff were really friendly and helpful too and one of the ladies gave me a hug when I was crying in my pyjamas due to the noise nuisance from the lift at 1/2am. They also didn’t manage to get the lift fixed for the whole time we stayed (not surprising it needed parts). They had more than one lift. So people just used to service lift no problem. Situation could have and should have been handled better they wanted us to check out all of our belongings at 2am and return the key for the first room and also I had to battle to get moved rooms. They was refusing as the lift would 100% be fixed the next day. They also were very keen to get me into the same room category which I do understand and respect but I was so shattered I just needed to lay down and try to clear the migraine at that point. To fundamentally lie about a part refund and wast people’s time and use bookings.com as an excuse is poor as well. They could have used other tools for example I would have been happy with a round of drinks from the bar the following night given we was staying a long weekend. They took no accountability for the gym either. This hotel could be really lovely with a few tweaks and bit of extra work and maybe a better price point.
A reliable and efficient maid agency. The team is proactive, prompt and very professional. They were able to help source for good and suitable helpers, and were on-the-ball and determined in the application and transition process. They kept us informed at all times, and ensured that the process was smooth. We're very pleased with their service, integrity and empathy for both the helpers and the families who employ them. (In particular, our contact person there (Eleanor) was superb!)
