About Eventworks SG
Eventworks SG is an event planning company operating islandwide from their office at 76 Playfair Road. KakiList has verified their operating details and contact channels. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) and is structured as packages; specific figures are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly.
Engaging an event planner typically begins with an enquiry about your event date, venue, and headcount — the earlier you reach out, the better your chances of securing availability, particularly for Saturday dates in peak wedding months (March, April, October, and November, which book out six to twelve months ahead). From there, Eventworks SG would ordinarily walk you through a theme and style consultation, clarify what is included in each package versus priced à la carte, and align on the deliverables and balance payment schedule. A deposit of roughly 30 to 50 per cent is standard in Singapore's events industry to secure the date. Confirm the setup and teardown windows, any travel charge for non-central venues, wet-weather or backup contingency, and whether public liability insurance is held — particularly relevant if the event is at an HDB void deck or condo function room.
To take the next step, reach out to Eventworks SG via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, and approximate headcount to receive a package proposal and confirm availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
We engaged Funworks to organise our annual teambonding event, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The Amazing Race at Sentosa thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed. The challenges were creative, well-balanced, and thoughtfully designed to encourage teamwork, communication, and problem solving. The facilitators were energetic, clear in their instructions, and highly attentive, ensuring that all teams felt supported and included. The event concluded on a high note with prize presentations and a generous lucky draw, leaving participants feeling appreciated and rewarded. Overall, the vendor demonstrated strong professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. We would highly recommend them to organisations looking for a well-run, engaging, and memorable teambuilding experience.
Had an amazing Year End Party with the help of Funworks!!! As part of our company’s Social Committee who planned the event, Meagan and her team really guided us on how to make our first company D&D memorable and fun! We didn’t even sweat during the day as Funworks handled it all from lights, sounds, program flow and all necessary assistance throughout the night. Emcee Gerald was also a fantastic and very engaging host who added enthusiasm during the event. After the event, we heard lots of compliments about the program flow! It was really a night to remember.
We had a wonderful experience working with the Funworks team for our event! The facilitators were engaging, organized, and made the activities both fun and meaningful. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and our participants had an amazing time. Highly recommend Funworks for any team-building event!
We truly enjoyed the activities organised by Funworks! My company has engaged them for our Annual team building event for a consecutive two years. They never fail to disappoint. Keeping the energy high. I like the stations of cup stacking pyramid, paper aeroplane, flipping squares and squid games theme.
Organised a team bonding session with the team at Funworks (Zhi Yu, Rebecca and Zeth). Programmes were planned nicely, time management was also well done! My colleagues and I all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. They also responded fast to our queries, which made the whole planning experience smooth without hiccups. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a fun and engaging team bonding!

Eventworks SG prices their services as packages, and specific figures are not publicly listed — you will need to request a proposal directly. As a reference point, Singapore market norms for full event planning (excluding venue and catering) typically run S$5,000 to S$25,000 or more depending on the event scope and complexity. Wedding photography packages generally sit at S$2,500 to S$6,000 for full-day coverage, while decor and entertainment packages vary widely by headcount and style. When you receive a proposal, confirm what is included: the number of coverage or planning hours, deliverables and their timeline, deposit amount (typically 30 to 50 per cent on signing), balance due date (usually one to two weeks before the event), travel charge for non-central venues, and GST. Put all of this in writing before paying. See the full Event Planners cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, six to twelve months ahead is the standard lead time for an event planner — popular Saturday dates in March, April, October, and November fill earliest and can be committed well over a year in advance. For corporate events and milestone celebrations, three to six months is a practical minimum to allow adequate planning time. For birthday parties and baby celebrations such as full-month or 100-day events, six to twelve weeks is typically sufficient for an in-demand planner, though bespoke decor or entertainment elements may require longer. Confirm whether a deposit secures the date exclusively, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case a venue change or unforeseen circumstance requires moving the event. Reach out to Eventworks SG with your event date as soon as it is confirmed.
The Singapore events industry standard is a deposit of 30 to 50 per cent on signing, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — typically the date hold and the planning and consultation hours leading up to the event — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if you need to cancel. Deposits are generally non-refundable in this industry, but many planners allow a rescheduling to a mutually available date without forfeiting the deposit, particularly when significant notice is given. Clarify the rescheduling window and any surcharge for peak-date moves. Also ask about public liability insurance, especially if the event is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue that may require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup. Put all deposit, balance, and cancellation terms in a written contract before payment.
