Engaging an event planner typically begins with an enquiry covering the event date, venue, and approximate headcount. Pitch Events Singapore handles event planning, so early conversations will cover scope (partial coordination versus full end-to-end management), theme and style direction, vendor sourcing, and a package or à la carte breakdown. Deposit terms are standard at 30–50% on signing, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Lead time matters — popular Saturday dates in peak wedding season (March–April and October–November) book out six to twelve months ahead, and in-demand planners for baby full-month celebrations and kids' parties are typically secured six to twelve weeks in advance. For any event with an outdoor element, confirm the wet-weather contingency plan early. Public liability insurance is worth confirming, particularly for setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues that require a certificate of coverage.
To take the next step, reach out to Pitch Events Singapore via WhatsApp or phone with your event date, venue, and a brief description of scope — a written package proposal and deposit terms can then be confirmed before any commitment is made.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Dropped by Pitch and Oche on 20 July around 9pm — loved the chill, cosy atmosphere right away. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome, even though it was our first time there. Prices were really reasonable too, which made the night even better. Whether you’re serious about darts or just looking for a fun night out with friends, this place hits the mark. Will definitely be back!
Truly a 5-star experience. Came here to organize for corporate outing and I must say that it’s totally worth the budget and money! The service was good too and the owner / staff ensure that everyone had a good time at the bar. There are darts and karaoke available at the event space. Will definitely organise an event here again. Drinks and bar bites are available. Siting and chicken popcorn were good.
Had a great time at pitch & oche on Friday night! The beers were light and smooth. The vibe was super chill, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing night out! 😊🍺 P/S: There’s darts and you can sing to your hearts content too!
Love these place with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly owners, affordable drinks. Location is surprisingly not as ulu as you think. Great to drop by after concert at kallang or sports at The Cage.
Went with wife, bro & sis in law. The beers prices are cheaper than most places at $48 per 8 bottles bucket during happy hour. Non happy hour price is $55, which is equally value for money. Special mention to the karaoke system (KOD) which has most of the latest songs. The mics and sound systems were impressive too. Didn’t order finger food this round but the menu looks good. Will try next time coz will definitely go back again. There’s a tasty steamboat just opposite the shop. And there’s free parking!!

Pitch Events Singapore prices its services as packages, with the exact figure depending on the event type, scope, and duration. As a point of reference, Singapore market norms for event planning run from roughly S$500–2,500 for a birthday party or baby full-month celebration, and S$5,000–25,000+ for full wedding or corporate event coordination (excluding venue and catering). A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard to secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the quoted package covers — planning hours, vendor sourcing, on-site coordination, setup and teardown supervision, travel charges for non-central venues, and GST — versus what is billed separately. Lead time depends on the event type. For weddings, six to twelve months ahead is advisable — popular Saturday evenings in March–April and October–November book out earliest, and a planner coordinates multiple vendors whose calendars also fill quickly. For birthday parties and baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, six to twelve weeks is generally sufficient for most dates, though school-holiday weekends and festive periods are tighter. Confirm whether your preferred date is available before paying any deposit, and ask specifically about wet-weather or backup contingency if any portion of the event is planned outdoors or in a non-covered space.
The industry standard in Singapore is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. The deposit typically covers date reservation, initial planning consultations, and any design or vendor-sourcing work carried out before the event. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date — confirm this in writing before paying. Ask for the rescheduling terms if a force-majeure situation (severe weather, public-health restriction) requires a change of date. Also confirm whether public liability insurance is held, as some HDB void deck, condo function room, and hotel venues require a copy of the certificate before approving setup access. Lock in the full deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling terms in a written contract before the deposit is transferred.
