Love this place!! 10/10 recommend and would come again. From the moment you walk in you can feel the friendly vibe!! Staffs are so welcoming as well. Everything is very clean and new including the spin bikes! And of course the best part, the instructors are so fun, i had the time of my life on the bike challenging myself and walking out feeling like i achieved something for the day. The instructors are very encouraging and rest assure you will be in good hands no matter whose classes you attend. If you're hesitating, you should definitely come and give it a go, at your own pace with no judgements ✌️

tried the beginner spin class and loved every part of it! the instructor (naomi) was super energetic and made the class super fun. she was also very encouraging and checked in to make sure everyone was doing okay. was initially hesitant to try spin again after pulling a muscle during my first class at another studio, but this class was totally differently. the moves were manageable but still gave a good burn. definitely a good first spin class for beginners. the staff were really friendly and helpful. they explained where everything was, guided us on choosing our shoe sizes, and helped set up our bikes before class. the studio was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of amenities. overall, a great experience and would definitely be coming back again!
