About Invisible Thread Singapore
Invisible Thread Singapore is an event planning company operating islandwide, covering weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations. The listing is KakiList-verified, confirming active contact channels via WhatsApp, phone, and an enquiry form. On Google, Invisible Thread Singapore holds a 5/5 rating across 420 reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent client satisfaction. Package-based pricing is standard for event planners in Singapore, and fees vary by scope and headcount.
The planning process typically begins with a consultation to establish event date, venue, headcount, theme, and budget. For weddings, this conversation covers ROM solemnisation requirements, banquet coordination, dialect-group or cultural customs such as gatecrash games or tea ceremony logistics, and multi-vendor timeline management. For baby celebrations and milestone parties, the scope shifts to full-month or 100-day traditions, entertainment, and décor. Invisible Thread Singapore works on a package basis, so clarifying what is included — design hours, vendor sourcing, day-of coordination, and teardown — versus what is managed separately is important early in the process. A deposit of typically 30–50% is paid on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event.
Contact Invisible Thread Singapore via WhatsApp or the online enquiry form to share your event date, venue, and approximate headcount, and request a package proposal and availability confirmation.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I ordered the Juki UX8X on Shopee after 9 pm on 11 Dec , received my machine with gifts at 12:30pm 12 Dec 2025. I am impressed with the fast and efficient delivery by Stitch 4 you. The machine sew beautifully, and has many features to enhance my sewing skills. I attended 2 1-1 training sessions with Piya on 15 and 16 Dec at their shop. Piya is knowledgeable on the machine functions/ features . She is very attentive and patient during the sessions, and shared many useful sewing tips on using the machine and handling different sewing projects . I am very satisfied with the services from Stitch4You ( I had purchased three machines from them so far) and would recommend them to anyone interested in sewing related items .
I bought the Juki LB5100 last month. The delivery process was very fast. Just attended the 1-1 training today. It was a very good session for me as beginner to get understanding on how to operate the machine and hands on practice on how to use the various footers and patterns. The trainer is very helpful and patient and also share some tips to note when using the machine. Staff at the shop are friendly also. Bought some sewing tools from the shop as well. Overall product and after sales service is good. Highly recommend!
I bought juki lb5100 and had a 1-1 training. The training was good and informative. I learnt alot from Hayati (hope i get her name right). She is very patient and friendly. Highly recommend to get a sewing machine from them :). There are a wide selection of sewing machines as well.
The staff at Stitch4You are extremely friendly. 4 generations of sewing masters! Prices were reasonable and comes with lots of advice. Aunty let me try the machines until I was comfortable to buy. Bought myself a JUKI TL-2200QVP. It’s a straight sew only machine. But coupled with Aunty’s titanium needles it goes through pretty much everything like butter. Industrial quality but with portability like a home unit. Great for jeans canvas and any heavy duty work!!! Thanks for the great service!!
They were very helpful and gave a thorough explanation and training. My trainer went through the different stitches in detail and answered every question patiently. Great customer service and knowledge!!

Event planning packages in Singapore vary considerably by scope and event type. Full event planning for weddings — excluding venue hire and food and beverage — typically runs S$5,000–25,000 or more depending on complexity, number of vendors coordinated, and whether day-of coordination only or full pre-event planning is included. Corporate and private-event packages are generally priced lower, with smaller birthday or baby celebration coordination packages starting from around S$500–2,500. For Invisible Thread Singapore specifically, the package pricing will depend on the event type, headcount, and scope of services. Itemise these points before signing: the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, hours of coverage, the number of planning meetings included, vendor sourcing fees, travel charges for non-central venues, and GST where applicable. Lead time depends heavily on the event. For weddings, popular event planners in Singapore are typically booked 6–12 months in advance, with peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November filling earliest. If your wedding date is fixed and the venue is already secured, it is worth enquiring as soon as possible to avoid losing availability. For corporate events and private parties, 8–12 weeks is generally sufficient for most planners, though more complex productions with multiple live elements benefit from longer lead times. Baby full-month and 100-day celebrations are usually bookable on 4–8 weeks' notice. Confirm whether your preferred date is still open at enquiry, and ask whether the date hold requires a deposit.
Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the event date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. The deposit usually covers the planning kick-off, date reservation, and initial design or vendor sourcing work already committed by the planner. Confirm in writing what is and is not refundable if you cancel. Deposits are commonly non-refundable but transferable to a revised date in cases of genuine postponement. Ask specifically about the rescheduling window — most reputable planners allow a date change within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit. Also request details on public liability insurance coverage, particularly if the event is held at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue that may require a copy of the certificate before setup.
