About FattyDaddyFattyMummy Catering

About FattyDaddyFattyMummy Catering

FattyDaddyFattyMummy Catering is an event catering company operating islandwide from its Woodlands base. It has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. The company carries a Google rating of 3.4 from 204 reviews — a robust sample that warrants reading the reviews carefully before booking, as the rating sits below the typical threshold for strong confidence. No ACRA registration or regulatory licences are on file, which is a material gap for a food-service operator.

When enquiring, confirm the pax count and minimum order requirement (typically 30–50 pax for buffets, 8–15 for mini-buffets), the format you need — standard buffet, mini-buffet, bento delivery, or live station — and the dietary mix across your guest list, including halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, and no-beef requirements. Ask explicitly whether a MUIS halal certificate applies to the kitchen or individual menu items, and request to see it before booking. Discuss menu tasting availability, equipment provision (chafing dishes, warmers, serving tongs), whether a buffet attendant is included or billed separately, and the teardown timing. Confirm the delivery and setup window, and ask about the cooked-to-served window for hot dishes.

To proceed, reach FattyDaddyFattyMummy Catering by phone or enquiry form, provide your event date, venue, pax count, dietary requirements, and preferred format, and request a written quote itemising per-pax rate, minimum order, delivery fee, equipment, staffing, and balance schedule before paying any deposit.

Had 2 Christmas set for tonight’s Christmas thanksgiving. Their roasted chicken is tasty and juicy. Not dry at all. Surprised us with mini fish sausages and chicken ham which is a rare find as a Christmas set. Their mashed potato truffle is a delight to many of us and their veggies are so well prepared that is so fresh! All came in a well packed box with all the dressings and condiments. We are recommended and added a pork trotter fried bee hoon which is moist, delicious, not oily and best of all, not saltish at all. It goes so well with our guests and the portion is perfect for 10 of us. Thumbs up for their choices of ingredients, flavourful yet less salt menu for this Christmas set.

O rdered the Delightful Tingkat – International Menu but started having regrets after just one week. 1. The food is consistently cold, even when I eat it immediately upon delivery. 2. The international menu includes a lot of processed items (see photos). 3. Although they claim to use premium ingredients for the Delightful menu, most dishes are mainly vegetables or processed fried items. 4.The Korean kimchi fried rice tasted sour (possibly spoilt), and the vegetable pancake was mostly flour. 5. Similar to other reviews, the portions are very small. They insist the portion sizes have been the same since day one, but my photos clearly show the dessert portion were inconsistent 6. Food safety timing is 3-7pm yet delivery time by range also 3-7pm 7. Unable to replace dish due to medical reason For the price paid, it’s really not worth it compared to other tingkat options. I would not recommend this service — you’re better off spending the money to dabao something more satisfying outside. At this price point, you can easily get seafood elsewhere, yet here they serve mostly vegetables.

Got 5-day Love Tingkat menu for 2, pax, frm 22-30 Dec Portions were sufficient for 2 pax Indeed lesser salt and oil (Couldn't see any oil on top of one of the soups at all) Taste-wise, some were hits and misses. Some dishes were very disappointing for the price paid, which made us question whether to was worth the price paid and wonder about the quality of the non-Love Tingkat offerings. But the food improved in the final few days Ok, no complaints - vegetable/tofu/egg dishes in general Hits - white carrot lean meat soup - garlic steamed seabass Misses - Red bean lotus soup. Minimal ingredients but taste was very rich/sweet, so abit sus on what they put in to achieve the taste - Salted egg pork. Too much batter, too little meat

Our family tingkat journey with Fatty Daddy Fatty Mummy started 5 months ago when I was sourcing for healthier choice dishes. I never look back my choice. It has been a wonderful experience. Every meal is flavourful, well balanced and really feel like home cooked food. Less oil, less salt and no canned food was used as part of the ingredients. Every dish was freshly prepared. Delivery is always punctual and their customer service is friendly and responsive too. A truly reliable tingkat service that brings convenience and good food to families. Highly recommended. Please note that this is my actual review. Not AI generated 🙏

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does FattyDaddyFattyMummy Catering charge per pax?

Event catering in Singapore is typically priced per person with a minimum headcount. Standard buffets run S$15–25 per pax (minimum roughly 30 pax), premium buffets S$25–40 per pax, mini-buffets for smaller groups S$18–30 per pax (minimum 8–15 pax), bento delivery S$8–18 per pax, and live-station formats S$30–60 per pax. FattyDaddyFattyMummy Catering uses a per-pax pricing model, so request a written quote that itemises the minimum order, delivery and setup fee, equipment rental (chafing dishes and warmers may or may not be included), any buffet attendant costs (typically S$80–150 per attendant), GST, and waste collection. What dietary options and halal certification does FattyDaddyFattyMummy Catering offer?

No regulatory licences are on file for FattyDaddyFattyMummy Catering, which means halal certification status cannot be confirmed from the listing. Before booking, ask directly whether a MUIS halal certificate is held at the kitchen level or for specific menu items, and request to see the certificate — it should display a valid licence number and expiry date. 'Halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification does not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal. Also confirm vegetarian (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef options for Hindu guests, gluten-free, and nut-free availability. Ask about cross-contamination protocols if your guest list mixes dietary requirements, and request a tasting session before committing — most caterers offer tastings above a minimum order value.

Is FattyDaddyFattyMummy Catering licensed and how is food safety handled?

This is an area to verify carefully. Legitimate caterers hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, then B, C, D. No such licence is on file for FattyDaddyFattyMummy Catering in the current listing. Ask the company directly for its SFA licence number and hygiene grade before booking, and confirm whether a MUIS halal certificate applies if your event includes Muslim guests. For food safety, cooked food should be served within a 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window for hot dishes, held above 60°C, and cold items kept below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time, replenishment protocol during the event, and the policy for handling leftovers. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
