About Four Seasons Catering
Four Seasons Catering is an islandwide event caterer based at MacTaggart Road, Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the provider holds a 4.7/5 rating across 858 Google reviews — a robust sample that suggests consistent delivery. Pricing is displayed at the $$ band on a per-pax model, which is standard for buffet and mini-buffet catering in Singapore.
Enquiries typically begin with your pax count and event date, since most caterers require a minimum order of 30–50 pax for full buffet setups and 8–15 pax for mini-buffets. Share the event type (corporate lunch, birthday, wedding reception, baby full-month, religious celebration), the dietary mix across your guest list — halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, no-beef — and whether you need a buffet spread, bento delivery, live station, or a sit-down arrangement. Confirm in advance what is included in the per-pax rate: delivery and setup to your venue, chafing dishes and warmers, serving tongs, a buffet attendant on-site if needed, and teardown. Ask about the cooked-to-served window for hot dishes, which SFA guidelines peg at roughly two to three hours for food safety.
To get started, reach Four Seasons Catering by phone or through the enquiry form, share your event details and headcount, and request a full per-pax quote with the dietary breakdown and setup logistics confirmed in writing before paying any deposit.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
We recently engaged Four Season Catering for our company event and had a very pleasant experience overall. Our sales contact, Ms. Adel, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Messages were replied quickly, updates were timely, and all of my questions were answered clearly. We also had to request an earlier delivery timing closer to the event date, and Adel was very proactive in helping us coordinate and resolve the arrangement smoothly. On the event day, Mr. Bell, who handled the delivery and setup, was punctual, responsible, and very efficient. The buffet setup was done quickly, and everything was arranged neatly and kept clean. As for the food, everyone has different taste preferences, but the overall feedback from our team was positive and the dishes were generally well received. It was a pleasant experience working with Four Season Catering, and we would be happy to try other menu options with them again in the future.

Our company loves the LoHei Four Seasons caters. Communication with Adel Ng was swift, we are grateful for her prompt reply even during non business working hours 🙏🏾 the food is yummy, especially the LoHei YuSheng, fish, chicken, and passion fruit deserts!! The Lohei comes with the dish description card, chopsticks and table wraps 👍🏾

Per-pax pricing at Four Seasons Catering sits in the $$ band, consistent with Singapore market norms for buffet catering: standard buffets typically run S$15–25 per pax with a minimum of roughly 30 pax, premium buffets S$25–40 per pax, and mini-buffets for smaller groups S$18–30 per pax with an 8–15 pax minimum. Bento delivery generally falls in the S$8–18 per pax range, while live-station setups command S$30–60 per pax. Confirm what is included in the quoted rate — delivery and setup, chafing dishes and warmers, buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant if not bundled), and teardown. Also clarify whether there is a delivery surcharge for non-central addresses, and check the GST treatment and balance payment schedule before signing. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
Before booking, confirm whether Four Seasons Catering holds a MUIS halal certificate — this is distinct from a general 'no pork no lard' claim and is the standard required by guests who observe strict halal. The MUIS certificate should display a licence number and validity dates, and should be available on request or visible on the company's website. Also confirm vegetarian options (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef dishes for Hindu guests, and any gluten-free or nut-free requirements. For mixed-dietary events, ask about cross-contamination protocols — particularly between halal and non-halal preparations. Most caterers at this volume offer a menu tasting session for orders above a minimum value. Book a tasting before committing to the full package, as menu fit and portion quality are difficult to judge from a printed list alone.
Legitimate caterers operating in Singapore hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is the highest, followed by B, C, and D. With no regulatory licences listed on this profile, confirm directly with Four Seasons Catering that the SFA licence is current and ask for the hygiene grade before paying any deposit. If the event includes halal-certified food, the MUIS certificate should also be provided. For food safety, hot dishes should be held above 60°C and served within a two-to-three hour cooked-to-served window per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time relative to your event start, the buffet replenishment protocol for longer events, and the policy for safe handling of leftovers. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence, book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
