Enquiring about Fresh Fruits Lab Catering typically begins with confirming your headcount and event format — whether you need a standard buffet, mini-buffet for a smaller gathering, bento delivery, or a live-station spread. When you reach out by phone or through the contact form, come prepared with your event date, venue address, approximate guest count, and the dietary mix of your guests (halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, no-beef, gluten-free). Clarify whether a buffet attendant will be on-site, what equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers is provided, and the delivery and setup window. It is worth confirming the teardown timing and the food-safety hold time for hot dishes, as cooked food should be served within roughly two to three hours. Ask about a menu tasting before committing to a deposit, as most caterers accommodate this for orders above a minimum value.
To move forward, contact Fresh Fruits Lab Catering via phone or the enquiry form with your event details, request a per-pax quotation with the full breakdown — including delivery fee, equipment, attendant costs, and GST — and confirm whether a tasting session can be arranged before you sign.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
A lovely spot for fresh, wholesome desserts. Especially enjoyed how light and refreshing everything tasted—not overly sweet, just natural flavours done right. The café has a clean, calm ambience, making it a great place to relax or catch up with friends. Service was pleasant and efficient. Definitely a good choice if you’re craving for desserts.
Cute and lovely café with charming interior décor filled with Jellycats, giving it a cozy and playful vibe. Food are nicely presented and tasty. Loved the cute tea pots for the drinks—it’s the little details like these that make the café feel special. Would love to come back to try their high tea set. Great spot to relax, hang out with friends, and enjoy a casual meal.
Had their high tea lunch set and it was a lovely experience! The shop has a super cute Jellycat-themed concept — the environment is cozy, playful, and perfect for photos. 🧸✨ The food was delicious and nicely presented, making the whole high tea experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy a cute-themed meal. Would love to come back again!
For $60, we got a set of Jelly Cat high tea which they said were for 2 pax. However, you can only get one cup of coffee with it (but if you order tea, it comes in a refillable pot and so you can share). So if you want a coffee, you cannot get tea and vise versa. This is pretty strange considering the set is for 2 people, it should come with 2 cups of drinks no matter what the drink may be? The food set was cute but the taste did not meet expectations, although we didn’t expect much in the first place. Most of the food came in pairs except for the scone, which only had one. The scone was the best tasting although nothing special compared to elsewhere. No cream nor jam was provided like usual afternoon tea scones. The angel hair truffle pasta had a bit too much mayo that it’s somewhat sour for my taste. I’m a big truffle fan so that was a huge disappointment. We sat down and waited for almost 10 minutes before the waiter came and took our order and get things started (even though we had prebooked the high tea set). The shop was small and decorations were cute. Not too many customers were there at the time so we had no idea what the staffs were preoccupied with. Toilet had no toilet papers and hand soap was either very difficult to press out or also had run out.
Got 2 of the afternoon tea sets and everything was so cute and child friendly. The pots and tea cups are sooo adorable. Service was amazing too, so patient tho my kids weren't exactly on best behaviour. Was worried the tea set will have flavours my kids won't eat but they polished everything off, save for one scone which had raisins in it! Great experience, 100% would recommend esp to families looking for a place to chill on lazy weekends and will definitely come back again.

Per-pax pricing at Fresh Fruits Lab Catering will depend on your chosen menu format and headcount. Singapore market norms for reference: standard buffets run S$15–25 per pax (minimum typically 30 pax), premium buffets S$25–40 per pax, mini-buffets for smaller groups S$18–30 per pax (minimum around 8–15 pax), bento delivery S$8–18 per pax, and live-station formats S$30–60 per pax. Beyond the per-pax rate, confirm whether delivery and setup to your venue is included or billed separately, whether chafing dishes and warmers are provided or rented at an additional charge, whether a buffet attendant on-site is included (typically S$80–150 per attendant), and whether waste collection is covered. GST applies and should be factored into your total budget. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
When enquiring, confirm whether Fresh Fruits Lab Catering holds a current MUIS halal certificate — the certificate should display a licence number and validity dates. 'Halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal compliance. Also ask about vegetarian options (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef dishes for Hindu guests, gluten-free selections, and nut-free preparations. For events with a mixed dietary guest list, confirm the cross-contamination protocols in the kitchen and on the buffet line. A menu tasting before signing is advisable — most caterers offer this for orders above a minimum value and it is the best way to confirm quality and portion size before committing.
Legitimate caterers hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, then B, C, D. Fresh Fruits Lab Catering does not currently list any regulatory licences on KakiList, so you should ask the company directly for its SFA licence number and hygiene grade before booking. If halal menus are required, request the MUIS certificate and confirm it covers the kitchen and the specific menu items, not just selected dishes. On food safety, hot dishes should be held above 60°C and served within roughly two to three hours of cooking per SFA guidelines. Confirm the delivery and setup arrival time, buffet replenishment frequency, and the handling policy for leftovers. With 4.4 out of 5 across 953 Google reviews, client feedback is broadly positive, but always confirm the SFA licence and hygiene grade in writing before paying a deposit. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
