About Frontier Healthcare Group Paediatric Care
Frontier Healthcare Group Paediatric Care is a paediatric clinic located at Grantral Mall in Clementi, offering specialist children's healthcare services to families across Singapore. The clinic holds a 4.7-star rating across 552 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides a reliable signal of patient experience. No regulatory licences are listed in the available data, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed; parents are advised to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.
For a first visit, families typically book a consultation for a presenting concern — acute illness, developmental assessment, vaccination, or growth monitoring — and the paediatrician will take a thorough history before recommending investigations such as blood work, urine culture, or imaging where indicated. Private specialist paediatric consultations in Singapore typically run S$120–250 for a first visit; alternatively, a polyclinic or GP referral to a public hospital's Specialist Outpatient Clinic offers a subsidised pathway at S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens, though waiting times for non-urgent appointments can run four to twelve weeks. A full financial counselling discussion, including Integrated Shield Plan pre-authorisation and MediSave withdrawal eligibility under the Chronic Disease Management Programme where applicable, should happen before any planned procedure or repeat treatment course. Paediatric consultations will also reference the National Childhood Immunisation Programme schedule and developmental milestones as part of routine well-child care.
To make an appointment, contact Frontier Healthcare Group Paediatric Care directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form, and bring your child's health booklet and any existing medical records to the first consultation.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
My husband and I visited the Frontier Family Medicine Clinic for follow-up treatment. We are very impressed with the amenities provided at the clinic, with refurbished flooring on ground level lift lobby, refreshment and emergency diabetic back-ups station, an NCIS On-The-Go initiative, an efficient nursing and counter service systems in Room 9, and at the service counter respectively! Thank you , Nurse Sandy, Jeremy, and Dr Koh!
I have to say, that the people working there are true saviors and highly competent. I am a foreigner not PR and their prices are so incredibly low compared to anything else I have seen, even for seeing a senior doctor! They are very patient and take great care!
My mum had been suffering from shingles for a month before we met Dr. Jason Tong. I truly appreciate his meticulous care, responsibility, and patience, as well as the passion he shows as a practitioner. Thanks to him, my mum is slowly recovering. We are very grateful — thank you so much, Dr. Jason!
I am impressed with the counter staff Melissa, who always never fail to stand up from her seat to serve me whenever I visited Frontier. Her courteous and approachable attitude is really impressive, which I do not come across anyone from other clinics that possesses this attribute. Good job Melissa.
Honestly speaking, this clinic all the staffs like counter, dispensary team and blood test dept and lastly all doctors especially Dr Koh, they are all very friendly and patience. They work with a heart and explain and speak very politely to all elderly . Well done and this review is to recongise and appreciated their good work done!

Private paediatric specialist consultations in Singapore typically run S$120–250 for a first visit and S$80–180 for follow-ups. Common add-ons include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests (S$30–80), X-rays (S$80–150), and vaccinations (S$30–80 per dose depending on the vaccine). GST applies to private medical services. For families seeking a subsidised pathway, a polyclinic or GP referral to a public hospital's paediatric Specialist Outpatient Clinic can reduce fees to S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens, though non-urgent waiting times are typically four to twelve weeks. Any planned procedure should be quoted with a written financial counselling estimate splitting insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before payment. Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No licence details are currently listed for this provider; parents should confirm the clinic's licence directly before booking. Every practising doctor in Singapore is registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by the consulting doctor's name to confirm their registration status, specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and any disciplinary history. For paediatric specialists, a fellowship with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) or the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS) is the meaningful additional credential. Confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before the first appointment — neither alone is sufficient.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to your plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider terms. For any planned procedure, request pre-authorisation and a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer before attending to avoid claim disputes after the fact. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items up to S$500 per year under standard withdrawal limits, or S$700 per year for conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers asthma and other specified chronic conditions relevant to paediatric care. Vaccinations under the National Childhood Immunisation Programme may attract additional MediSave withdrawal provisions. For any planned procedure, ask the clinic for a written financial counselling estimate that itemises the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before you pay any deposit. Skipping this step is the most common reason families are surprised by their final bill.
