About Frontier Healthcare Jurong West
Frontier Healthcare Jurong West is a paediatric-focused clinic located at 678D Jurong West Street 64, serving families across Jurong West and the broader western region of Singapore. It holds a 4.8/5 rating across 442 Google reviews — a robust sample that suggests consistent patient satisfaction. No ACRA registration or MOH Healthcare Services Licence has been confirmed in the listing data, so parents are encouraged to verify credentials directly before booking.
For a first visit, parents typically bring their child's health booklet, vaccination records, and any referral letter from a GP or polyclinic. The clinic's paediatric focus means consultations may cover the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule, developmental milestone assessments, common childhood illnesses, and growth monitoring. If a specialist referral or further investigation is needed — such as blood work, X-ray, or a subspecialty paediatric review — the doctor will advise on the appropriate next step, whether at this clinic or via a public hospital's paediatric specialist outpatient clinic. For planned procedures or subsidised outpatient care at KKH or NUH, a written referral from this clinic can open the polyclinic-equivalent referral pathway and reduce waiting-time uncertainty. Integrated Shield Plan holders should confirm whether this clinic is a panel provider under their insurer before attending.
Contact Frontier Healthcare Jurong West directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm current consultation hours, appointment availability, and whether your child's specific concern — including vaccination catch-up or developmental screening — can be addressed at this location.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Very efficient clinic. They will inform you roughly when to go down after phone appt so you dont have to wait for hours at the clinic. Clinic staff are also very professional and will provide information on how many more patients before your turn if u ask them for the information. Most importantly Dr Sean is quite thorough in his examinations and will provide solutions and options tailored to an individual's preference. One of the better GPs that I have been to.
Had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were welcoming and professional, which made the visit pleasant from the start. The doctor especially Dr Sean Quek is knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely caring. Thank you for the excellent service.
Dr Sean Quek is excellent in his care, with strong compassion, ethical and clinical expertise. Highly recommended!
The doctors and receptionists here are very friendly! I’d highly recommend giving them a call before heading down to check their availability. If they don't answer right away, they’re likely just busy assisting other patients, so try again in a little while or later in the week.
Excellent and caring team.Dr. Koh Tingyi and Dr. Sean are fantastic. They are friendly, professional, and truly listen. The clinic staff are also very helpful and kind.

GP and general paediatric consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, with paediatric-focused consultations at the higher end of that range. Investigations billed on top of the consultation include blood panels (S$60–200), X-rays (S$80–150), and urine cultures, depending on the presenting condition. Vaccinations under the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) are typically S$30–80 per dose at private clinics; optional combination vaccines can run higher. Confirm the exact consultation fee and any investigation costs with the clinic directly before your visit. For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions. GST applies on private medical services. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration has been confirmed in the current listing data for Frontier Healthcare Jurong West. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising doctor must be registered on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg; search by name to confirm registration status, specialist accreditation, and any disciplinary history. Parents are strongly encouraged to verify both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry directly before booking. Neither credential alone is sufficient — both should be confirmed. If the clinic is part of a larger group such as Frontier Healthcare, the group-level licence details may be listed under the operating entity name on the MOH directory. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. Confirm whether this clinic is a panel provider under your insurer before attending, and where a procedure is planned, obtain pre-authorisation and a Letter of Guarantee from your IP insurer to avoid claim disputes after the fact. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient and S$700 per year for conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP). For child vaccinations under the NIP, MediSave can be used for approved vaccines; confirm eligibility with the clinic at the time of visit. For any planned investigation or procedure, request a financial counselling session at the clinic — an itemised pre-treatment estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions should be provided in writing. Skipping this step is the most common reason families are surprised by their final bill.
