About Grain Nutrition Meal Plan
Grain Nutrition Meal Plan is a nutrition and lifestyle service operating islandwide from its base at 30 Tai Seng Street. It is verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details. On Google it holds a 4.1 out of 5 from 240 reviews, a robust sample that provides a reliable signal of consistent client experience. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier ($$); a specific per-session or per-plan figure is not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly.
Enquiring is straightforward via WhatsApp, phone, or the online contact form. Before committing to any plan, it is worth discussing your health goal or condition — whether that is weight management, blood sugar control, gut health, sports performance, or general dietary improvement — so the service can determine whether its offering is the right fit. Clarify whether the initial contact involves a consultation with a qualified nutrition professional, what the ongoing plan structure looks like (weekly check-ins, meal planning only, or full coaching), and whether packages are priced per session, monthly, or by programme length. Ask also about the cancellation policy if your circumstances change mid-programme.
To take the next step, reach out via WhatsApp or phone to describe your dietary goals and request a breakdown of available plans and their costs before committing to any package.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
This is life changing for me! I get to have quality food and I don’t need to think anymore of what I should eat. This has saved a lot of time and effort and allow me to focus on something else. The delivery is also on time daily. I have just finished my 3 weeks and the menu hasn’t repeated at all. Thank you Nutrition kitchen team. I’m so grateful for your work! Keep it up 🥰
I work from home and Nutrition Kitchen is a God-sent! I am on the low-carb plan into my seventh week and this is my experience: The good: - Punctual: The meals arrive every weekday morning in good time. - Tasty: Most of the time, I'm happy with the meals as they are. The occasional time I'm not, it's easy to adjust it in my kitchen. - Good variety: Chinese, Indian, Mexican to European and more. I haven't gotten bored yet, but if I do, there's the option to skip a week. - Healthy: At this price point, I didn't expect thoughtful touches like pasture-fed beef and cooked veggies (rather than raw salad, which is more common). - Easily digestible: I tend to finish the food within minutes and have no issues with digestion. - Flexibility: Options to switch out a meal you don't like, skip an entire week, or send it to a friend instead. The not-so-good: - Rarely, a meal falls through the QC cracks and arrives undercooked. When that happens, I just continue cooking it. It's a tiny issue and I'm including it to give a balanced picture. - The website is not as user friendly, and after a couple of wrong turns, I hope I've finally got the hang of it. All in, NK is doing a wonderful job and I am glad to have found a food delivery service that works for me.
I’ve tried a few other meal plan delivery services and this is most definitely my favourite by far! Every meal is healthy and well balanced delivered fresh every day so my veggies are always fresh to eat 😁 i love the variety of meals offered, every day is always another surprise - of course you can view the meals selected beforehand but I order the monthly plan so I forget what meals I will be getting in the weeks to follow. Saves me so much time and money with my busy schedule, an excellent service 👌🏽
I was sceptical of meal deliveries but I’m absolutely advocating for Nutrition Kitchen. I ordered both Regular balance and low carb meal plans and I’ve to say they are absolutely delicious. So tasty, I’ve signed up for 2 additional weeks! Highly recommended! Edited: After 2 additional weeks I’ve to say the food wasn’t good and no, I won’t be continuing. Perhaps be consistent?
Super recommended! The delivery service is outstanding. On all day punctual at 7.30am! They don’t even ring the door bell… But most importantly, the food is great and what variety the have! All well balanced. I love the lamb shephert’s pie or the steamed fish. Though yesterday, the rice from char Siew pork was almost raw and not cooked (please be careful next time!).

Grain Nutrition Meal Plan displays mid-range ($$) pricing, but does not publicly list a specific per-session or per-programme fee. In the Singapore market, nutrition consultations typically run S$80–180 per session with a registered dietitian or nutritionist, and structured meal-plan programmes are often packaged at S$300–800 for a 4–8 week course. One-off consultations tend to cost more per visit than multi-session packages. Confirm whether the fee covers an initial assessment only or includes follow-up reviews, and ask whether meal plans, food diary analysis, or recipe guides are included or billed separately. Most nutrition and lifestyle services begin with an intake consultation rather than requiring a formal GP referral. That said, a referral from your doctor or specialist can be useful if you have a medically complex condition — such as diabetes, renal disease, or a diagnosed eating disorder — as it provides the nutrition professional with clinical context and may support an insurance or MediSave claim where applicable. For the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your current diet, health history, medications, and goals. Some providers also request recent blood work or a body composition assessment. Confirming this in advance lets you arrive prepared and makes the first session more productive.
In Singapore, the titles 'dietitian' and 'nutritionist' are not legally protected in the same way as medical or allied health titles. Registered dietitians credentialled under the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) or the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) have formal clinical training and adhere to a professional code of practice — these are the credentials most relevant for therapeutic nutrition (diabetes management, renal diet, post-surgical nutrition). Grain Nutrition Meal Plan does not currently list regulatory licences in its public profile. Before booking, ask directly for the lead practitioner's name, qualification, and professional body membership, and verify independently on the AHPC or SNDA public register if clinical-grade dietary advice is what you need.
