About Green Avenue Pte Ltd
Green Avenue Pte Ltd is a home nursing provider operating islandwide from its base in Geylang. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the company is registered with ACRA. With only one Google review at a rating of 1/5, there is insufficient public feedback to draw meaningful conclusions about service quality — this should be treated as a serious caveat when evaluating the provider.
Families exploring home nursing typically begin with a care assessment covering the elder's mobility, medical conditions, medication management, and the number of hours of support required each day. It is worth clarifying upfront whether Green Avenue Pte Ltd provides clinical nursing care (wound dressing, catheter management, nasogastric feeding) or a broader mix of personal care and companionship, as these require different qualifications. Establishing whether live-in or visit-based arrangements are available, and who the key decision-makers in the family are, helps set realistic expectations before any agreement is signed. A trial period is advisable for all parties.
To take the next step, contact Green Avenue Pte Ltd by phone or via the enquiry form to request a care assessment and confirm the scope of services, caregiver qualifications, and hourly rate before making any commitment.

This is the worse nursing home you could ever encounter. Do not, I’m warning you DO NOT bring any of your grandparents here, they’ll end up suffering. About 1 month ago, my grandmother had to stay there for a couple of days until my maid returns. When I went there to visit, with my family it already seems odd. The place itself too. I will list a couple of things WHY you should never put your grandparents here. All the helpers here never know what they’re doing. Rethinking about this makes my heart boil. I’m heartbroken to the fact that how my grandmother got treated during her stays her. First, there weren’t any ENTERTAINMENT at all in those rooms whereby old people stays. No TV no nothing. It’s the most loneliest place feelings you’d ever encounter. The food they give is extreme disgusting & heartless. That’s not even the worse part of it, my grandmother INJURED and FRACTURED her left hand. AND THEY DIDNT EVEN TOLD US ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING. I’m telling you this place is HELL. All the secrets, heartless people. THE HELPERS weren’t even Singaporean’s. Not just that, since my grandmother can’t walk, obviously you have to care for HUMANS hygiene, but guess what? THEY DIDN’T. They treat these grandparents like they WERENT HUMAN. Not helping to shower or even taking care of their pampers. I’m DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE. WE called them after knowing my grandmother fractured her bones, THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. PLEASE Banned this place & never ever step a foot into this place. If you have grandparents or ANYONE living there, TAKE THEM HOME IMMEDIEATELY. They will not dare to say a word unless we help to do so, what I witness is digesting. CLOSE THE PLACE.

Home nursing fees in Singapore are typically quoted on an hourly basis, with rates generally starting from around S$20–35 per hour for personal care support and rising to S$40–80 or more per hour for qualified nursing care, depending on the caregiver's clinical credentials and the complexity of care required. Live-in arrangements involve a separate daily or monthly package rate. Beyond the base rate, confirm whether a separate agency fee applies, how public holidays are charged, and whether there is a minimum visit duration. Ask also whether MediShield Life or CareShield Life claims can be applied to reduce out-of-pocket costs. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
Home nursing providers in Singapore typically offer visit-based arrangements — a nurse or caregiver attends for a fixed number of hours per visit, often twice daily for morning and evening care — though some agencies also facilitate live-in placements for elders who require round-the-clock support. The scope of care matters as much as the structure. Clinical tasks such as wound dressing, catheter care, or medication administration require a registered or enrolled nurse; personal care and companionship do not. Confirm with Green Avenue Pte Ltd which services their caregivers are qualified and insured to perform, whether a trial period is available, and what the replacement policy is if a caregiver is not a good fit for the family.
For home nursing in Singapore, registered nurses hold qualifications from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), and enrolled nurses hold a separate SNB registration. Caregivers providing personal care without clinical tasks may hold a WSQ Certificate in Personal Care or similar vocational qualification. Always ask to verify the individual caregiver's credentials before engagement. On the regulatory side, home care agencies providing clinical nursing services are typically expected to hold AIC (Agency for Integrated Care) or MOH registration. Green Avenue Pte Ltd does not currently list any regulatory licences on KakiList — this is a gap that should be clarified directly with the provider. Confirm also whether the caregiver is covered by public liability and personal accident insurance, and what the protocol is if an incident occurs during a visit.
If Green Avenue Pte Ltd isn't the right fit, these are other home nursing providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
