About HeartlandHealth
HeartlandHealth is a paediatric clinic located at 19 Lor 7 Toa Payoh, serving families across Singapore. KakiList has verified operating details and contact channels. The clinic holds a 3.1/5 rating across 48 Google reviews — a moderate sample size, though the below-average score warrants careful consideration before booking. No regulatory licences have been confirmed in the listing data, and no ACRA registration has been verified; parents should confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before making an appointment.
For a first paediatric consultation, parents typically present the child's health booklet, vaccination record, and any referral letter from a GP or polyclinic. A private paediatric specialist consultation runs S$120–250 for a first visit, with follow-ups at S$80–180; a polyclinic referral to a public hospital's subsidised specialist outpatient clinic reduces this to S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens, though waiting times of 4–12 weeks apply. The consulting paediatrician will review developmental milestones against the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule, assess the presenting condition, and order investigations such as blood panels, urine cultures, or imaging where clinically indicated. Parents should confirm the named doctor's SMC registration and specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine before the visit, and ask about MediSave and Integrated Shield Plan (IP) coverage for any planned procedures or hospitalisations.
To arrange an appointment, contact HeartlandHealth directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form — ask for the consulting doctor's SMC registration number and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence reference before confirming the booking.
Listing data is incomplete — contact HeartlandHealth directly to confirm details.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ryan and his wonderful team for the excellent care and service. Dr. Ryan is very knowledgeable, patience, attentive & caring. He explains everything clearly and makes me feel comfortable and confident during my visit. His staff are also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Truly a great experience every time. Highly recommended!
Dr Ryan has been my go-to doctor ever since I found him. Not only is he excellent with his diagnosis and treatment plan, he is meticulous, patient, warm and truly helpful. I feel very assured each time I go to him for any medical treatments or queries.
Dr yeang Xian Wei's attitude and patience level can be better. Shouldn't let him continue at heartland as this clinic has been known to have caring and patient doctors.
staff is vv incompetent, i was prescribed a cough syrup but it was not included in my medication bag. I only realised a few days later and contacted them, but the staff denied it instead of checking properly. Because of this I had to purchase another bottle myself plus the medicine provided isn't even effective, i feel worse after consuming it. very disappointed with the lack of accountability and attention to detail definitely do not recommend coming here
receptionist sinyi and her colleague is always very nice and helpful! dr ryan yak is my family always go to doctor! waiting time can be long but dr ryan always take his time to explain clearly and he always remembers us and takes care of us very well ☺️ thank you team🥰

Paediatric consultation fees at private clinics typically run S$120–250 for a first specialist visit and S$80–180 for follow-ups. If your child is referred via a polyclinic or GP with a referral letter to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic (SOC), Singapore Citizens pay S$30–80 per subsidised visit, though non-urgent waits of 4–12 weeks are common. Beyond the consultation, budget for investigations such as blood panels (S$60–200), urine culture (S$30–80), X-ray (S$80–150), or ultrasound (S$150–400) if ordered. Vaccinations under the NIP schedule may be partially subsidised at polyclinics; private clinic rates run S$30–80 per dose. GST applies on private medical services. Any planned procedure should come with a written financial counselling estimate itemising insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration has been confirmed in the current listing data for HeartlandHealth. Both are mandatory for any legitimate paediatric clinic operating in Singapore — the clinic licence is verifiable on the MOH licensee directory, and every practising doctor's SMC registration and specialist accreditation can be confirmed at smc.gov.sg by searching the doctor's name. Parents should request the clinic's MOH licence reference number and the consulting doctor's SMC registration number before booking. A paediatric specialist accredited by the SMC in Paediatric Medicine will have that specialty listed on their public SMC entry. Neither the clinic licence nor the SMC entry alone is sufficient — confirm both before attending. The 3.1/5 rating across 48 Google reviews is a moderate sample but a below-average score; read the detail of recent reviews alongside the regulatory checks before deciding.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. For any planned procedure, request pre-authorisation and a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer before the appointment to avoid post-treatment claim disputes. MediSave can be used for outpatient paediatric care under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient conditions, or S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed chronic conditions. The NIP childhood vaccinations are separately claimable under MediSave at approved providers. Ask the clinic for a financial counselling session before any planned procedure so you receive a written estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions clearly. Skipping this step is the most common reason families are surprised by their final bill.
