I-Kidz Children Clinic Paragon is a paediatric clinic located at Paragon on Orchard Road, serving families across Singapore. KakiList has verified the clinic's operating details and contact channel. It holds a 4.3-star rating across 25 Google reviews — a moderate sample size that can be treated with reasonable confidence. A first consultation at a private paediatric clinic typically covers presenting symptoms, a physical examination, and a management plan. Parents should bring the child's health booklet — particularly relevant for checking adherence to the National Childhood Immunisation Programme schedule and developmental milestone tracking. If investigations such as a blood panel, urine culture, or X-ray are needed, these are billed separately from the consultation. For ongoing conditions, confirm whether the clinic participates in the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawals for listed chronic conditions. Prior to any planned procedure or day surgery, request a written financial counselling estimate itemising insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions.
To make an appointment, call the clinic directly on the phone number listed on this page, and bring your child's health booklet and Integrated Shield Plan details to the first visit.

Our new paediatrician-of-choice in Singapore! That itself speaks volumes but I love that on our first visit today, the staff were welcoming, and Dr. Irene is a seasoned professional and kind lady too, yay! She took time to understand and explain, allowing my wife and I to share our daughter’s story thoroughly. Dr Irene was eager to listen and understand rather than reply - which was both comforting and refreshing. Examination was brilliant with decades of experience at work, and once again her advice thereafter was thorough and not rushed. Charges were reasonable, don’t worry. Pretty long review but typing as a comforted parent here so… :)
Making a sick, tired, and hungry child wait unnecessarily (over an hour) while prioritizing non-urgent cases is completely unacceptable in my opinion. As a healthcare professional myself, I find this lack of basic patient care and prioritization deeply concerning. I would never allow such poor triage decisions in my own workplace. I brought my daughter to I kidz clinic early in the morning as she woke up with a high fever and body aches. It was the only clinic that looked relatively empty. Given the weekend and the ongoing influenza outbreak, I wanted to get her seen to and treated fast. We arrived just before 9:00 AM (and didn't leave until just after 11.00am.) We were told there would be a wait, which I understood. However, after an hour of waiting, during which there were moments of an empty waiting room, I was informed that they still needed to see five more patients before us—all for routine check-ups. There was no triaging process, no urgency, and absolutely no empathy from the staff. If you’re looking for a clinic that understands urgency and shows compassion, this is not the place.
My children have been seeing Dr Irene Chan since birth and she is our trusted pediatrician for about a decade. Her clinic staffs were always amiable and friendly to the children and parents. Thankful to have them around when it's a distressing time for the family.
Dr Chan is a very professional pediatrician, who’s been taking care of my kids since birth. Very patient, not alarmist, always able to find the best treatment for them without over medicating.
Dr. Irene is best of the best pediatrician. She is very knowledgeable, careful and professional in work. She is always serious, confident, and takes everything important even a tiny mosquitoes bite. This fit her as a Specialist in Pediatrics ICU. Just a simple medical check-up can detect many things. Thanks for your service.

Private paediatric consultations in Singapore typically run S$120–250 for a first visit and S$80–180 for follow-ups. On top of the consultation fee, investigations are billed separately: a blood panel S$60–200, X-ray S$80–150, urine culture S$50–100. Prescriptions, nebulisation, and any in-clinic procedures carry additional charges. GST applies on private medical services. If your child holds a polyclinic or GP referral to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic, subsidised rates for Singapore Citizens run S$30–80 per visit with typical non-urgent waits of 4–12 weeks. For any planned procedure at a private facility, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No licence is currently listed in this directory entry, so families should confirm the clinic's licence status directly with the clinic or via the MOH online search before booking. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg. Search by the consulting paediatrician's name to confirm their registration status, specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and any disciplinary history. Confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry — neither alone is sufficient for due diligence.
Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to your plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider terms. Confirm pre-authorisation and request a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer before any planned procedure to avoid claim disputes after the fact. For outpatient visits, MediSave can be used under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient chronic disease management and S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which covers conditions including asthma, eczema-linked consultations, and selected childhood chronic conditions. For vaccinations under the National Childhood Immunisation Programme, confirm which doses are MediSave-claimable at the point of service. Request a written financial counselling estimate for any planned procedure, as this is the most reliable way to avoid an unexpectedly large final bill.
