About Icon Cancer Centre Nutrition
Icon Cancer Centre Nutrition is a nutrition and lifestyle service operating from Farrer Park Medical Centre, Connexion, serving clients islandwide. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The service holds a 4.3-star Google rating across 12 reviews — a small sample that should be treated as directional only. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level; a specific per-session figure was not available at time of listing.
Clients typically begin with an initial consultation to discuss their health background, dietary habits, and goals — whether that is oncology nutrition support, weight management, or broader lifestyle adjustment. Given the centre's context within a cancer care facility, the nutrition team is likely experienced in supporting patients managing treatment side effects such as appetite loss, nausea, or changes in nutritional absorption, though prospective clients should confirm the specific scope of service directly. Sessions may be structured as standalone consultations or as part of a recurring package depending on clinical need; this should be confirmed when enquiring.
To take the next step, contact Icon Cancer Centre Nutrition by phone or via the enquiry form, ask about the first-consultation format, and confirm whether ongoing sessions are recommended for your situation before committing to a package.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Going to a cancer clinic might seem gloomy, but every time I go to Icon (I've been going for the past 3 years), the nurses are so nice and friendly, and they all greet me by name, so it feels very personable. Dr Hsieh is my oncologist, and I cannot recommend him enough. He is very knowledgable, kind, and cares very much about helping his patients. He was also my mom's oncologist, and I always felt that we were in good hands with him.
The Christmas decorations for 2023 is very creative. Their staff made their individual puppet for tree deco. First enter Icon Cancer @ Farrer Park, am so amazed with the Santa Clause on the chimmy wall. So real...Good job.
Thank you Dr. Chong for looking after me during my bladder cancer treatment. And ICON staffs are all very helpful. My appreciation to Dr. Chong to clear my bladder cancer and taking care (still on going) after all operation and treatment were done. Had been clear for 3years and still 2 more to go with no sign of cancer coming back. Special bladder cancer treatment that I don't find in other places/hospitals
Thanks a lot to Dr Choo Bok Ai for treating my mom. He is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor. Going through cancer treatments can be a scary thing but Dr Choo made sure my mom felt safe and comfortable in the process 🙏🏻. Truly the kindest doctor I’ve met in a long time. Some other doctors here can be quite rude and unfriendly. But Dr Choo was the reason my mom stayed and finished all her treatments at Icon.
The centre was highly recommended by a friend who was treated there and recovered successfully from breast cancer. My wife was diagnosed inaccurately in our home country and consequently the procedure performed on her was improper one. Instead of endometrioma, my wife has ovarian cancer with some metastatic growth. The first time we came to the center with a lot of sadness, anger and worry that emerged from the incidence at the hospital in our home country. Mixed emotion. But the team at the center somehow managed to comfort us on our first visit and every visit. The centre has great team of doctors, nurses and administration staff. They are attentive to your complaints and needs during treatment and consultation session. Bravo for such as a good team. My wife is in her 6th chemo and showing improvement since last month. She is no longer on the wheelchair and looking forward to heal completely from cancer. Hope many CA patients will be helped by the Icon Cancer Centre.

A specific per-session rate for Icon Cancer Centre Nutrition was not publicly listed at the time of this entry. Nutrition consultations in Singapore typically range from S$80 to S$200 per session at specialist medical-centre settings, with initial assessments sometimes priced differently from follow-up appointments. Packages of multiple sessions are often available at a reduced per-session rate. Confirm the full fee structure — including any first-consultation fee, package options, and cancellation or no-show policy — directly with the centre before booking. Ask whether GST applies and whether health insurance or Medisave can offset any portion of the cost. See the full Nutrition & Lifestyle cost guide for Singapore →
Given Icon Cancer Centre Nutrition's setting within a cancer care facility, some clients may be referred directly by their oncologist or treating physician, particularly if nutritional support forms part of a broader treatment plan. Others may self-refer for general nutrition or lifestyle goals. It is worth confirming with the centre whether a referral affects appointment priority or the scope of assessment offered. At the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering medical history, current medications, dietary patterns, and health goals. If you have a complex condition — such as active cancer treatment, diabetes, or renal impairment — bring recent blood results or a clinical summary, as these will inform the dietitian's recommendations. A GP or specialist referral letter can also support an insurance claim if you intend to submit one.
Dietitians and nutritionists in Singapore are not yet subject to statutory registration in the same way as physiotherapists or TCM practitioners, but qualified dietitians typically hold accreditation from the Singapore Dietetic Association (SDA) or an equivalent internationally recognised body. Within a cancer centre context, practitioners are expected to hold relevant clinical qualifications and to operate under the oversight of the medical team. Ask the centre to confirm the qualifications and professional memberships of the dietitian or nutritionist you will be seeing before your first appointment. You can cross-reference SDA membership via the association's public directory. If a specific practitioner is named in your referral, request their credentials directly. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
