Note: Psychological services for children fall into a nuanced regulatory space in Singapore. Psychologists are not SMC-registered medical doctors and operate under the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) rather than the Singapore Medical Council. They do not prescribe medication and cannot admit patients. For a paediatric psychology service, parents should confirm the practising psychologist's qualifications (typically a Masters or Doctorate in Psychology), SRP registration or SPS membership, and whether the service is delivered from an MOH-licensed clinic premises. Referrals are often initiated by a paediatrician, developmental paediatrician, or the child's school. Common presenting concerns include developmental assessment, learning difficulties, ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum evaluation, and behavioural support.
To make an enquiry, contact Jessie Paediatric Psychological Services via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form — bring any prior assessment reports, school feedback, or referral letters from the child's doctor to the first appointment to help the psychologist understand the child's history.

Verify the psychologist's name on the Singapore Register of Psychologists (srp.org.sg) and confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence status before booking, and for any planned assessment request a written fee estimate that itemises assessment, report-writing, and follow-up session charges before paying any deposit.
Dr Frances has saves my gal from drowning of depression, she works hand in hand with the psychiatrist closely on my gal medication. My gal is willingly to open her heart for Dr Frances to be 'repaired ' so she can recover mentally. I am really thankful with Dr Frances and her team for taking care of my gal with care and love. My gal.under the care of Dr Frances, I know that she will.be safe and will recovering soon. Once again, thanks Dr Frances and her team, they are such a loving ,professional team. I highly recommend Dr Frances, if you need or looking for assistance .
France’s team was extremely professional, patient and showed great advice to our child during her assessment. She makes parents feel at ease, and always comforting to know you are in very good hands and trust with her/team and advice. Our child was assessed with Dyslexia by France’s team, and we received good guidance. Highly recommend!
Frances is an excellent psychologist who has journeyed with my teenage son. She was instrumental in diagnosing his depression and has since been helping him to work through issues the past 4 years. Even tho he took some time off school (JC), he has made vast improvements and is currently studying in polytechnic. Frances has taught him skills that he can use to manage his thoughts and moods. We are all truly grateful to Frances for taking care of and helping my son through a very tough time. Frances is experienced in working with children and teenagers and I have recommended her to my friends who have also benefited.
My two teenage sons have been seeing Ms Frances Yeo (of FY Practice) since they were toddlers. They were both diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia after an assessment with Ms Frances, who also prescribed early intervention strategies with educators and occupational/speech therapists necessary to equip them with skills necessary for primary school and overcome the reading and writing challenges that they face. Both my sons are teenagers now and thanks to Ms Frances' expert insight and understanding of the struggles that children with learning disability face, they are both able to pick up strategies to overcome their reading and writing challenges as well as the mental hurdles they face. Children with learning disabilities like ADHD and dyslexia can overcome their challenges and low self esteem to be successful, confident students with early intervention. Our family is blessed to have found a supportive and understanding psychologist like Ms Frances who provide the guidance for my children needed during their formative years. They are both seeing the fruits of their hard labour now and this would not have been possible without early intervention and Ms Frances' help. I have been recommending Ms Frances to friends and will continue to do so.
Frances possesses in-depth knowledge of various conditions and her ability to empathize and listen without judgement allows for an open communication between patient and doctor. What impresses me is her ability to engage young patients to identify solutions that work for them rather imposing a way forward which leaves the patient feeling positive and ready to embrace any change.

Pricing has not been published in this listing. For paediatric psychology services in Singapore, a first assessment session typically runs S$200–400 at private practices, with follow-up therapy sessions at S$150–300 per hour. Comprehensive psychoeducational or developmental assessments (covering IQ, attention, learning profiles, or autism diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2) are more involved and often priced as a package of S$1,200–3,500+ depending on the battery of assessments administered. GST applies on private psychology services. Most paediatric psychology sessions are not claimable under MediSave or Integrated Shield Plans unless the practice operates from an MOH-licensed clinic and the specific condition falls under the Chronic Disease Management Programme — confirm this with the practice before your first appointment. Request a written quote covering assessment fees, report-writing fees, and any follow-up session charges before committing. See the full paediatric cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences have been recorded for this listing, which means parents cannot yet confirm MOH Healthcare Services Licence status or the practising psychologist's registration from the information provided here. Psychologists in Singapore are not regulated by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC); instead, the voluntary Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) at srp.org.sg and the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) are the primary credentialling bodies. Check whether the named psychologist holds a postgraduate qualification in psychology (Masters or Doctorate level) and is listed on the SRP or SPS register. If the practice operates from a clinic premises offering assessment services, it may also require an MOH Healthcare Services Licence — confirm this directly. Where a paediatrician or developmental paediatrician referral has been made, that referring doctor will typically already have verified the psychologist's credentials. Verify the psychologist's qualifications and registration directly with the practice, and confirm the credentials of the named practitioner on the SRP register at srp.org.sg before booking.
Paediatric psychology services are generally not claimable under MediSave or Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) at private psychology practices unless the session is delivered by an SMC-registered doctor (i.e. a psychiatrist) or is bundled within an MOH-licensed day-surgery or specialist procedure. Standard psychology assessments and therapy are self-pay. The Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) does cover selected mental health conditions for outpatient MediSave withdrawal — however, CDMP applies to SMC-registered doctors, not psychologists. If your child's condition involves a co-managing psychiatrist or paediatrician at a CDMP-participating clinic, discuss the subsidy pathway with that doctor directly. For MediShield Life or IP claims on any associated medical consultations (e.g. a paediatrician or child psychiatrist visit), request pre-authorisation from your insurer and a written financial counselling estimate itemising insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding with any planned evaluation.
