The clinic is new, beautifully renovated, and very thoughtfully designed for children. There are plenty of toys and play areas to keep little ones comfortable and entertained, and the space feels bright, clean, and spacious. We had a great experience with Dr. Martha, who was warm, gentle, and very engaging with our 1 year old daughter. She made the whole atmosphere enjoyable and stress free, which really helped our daughter feel at ease. As parents, we also felt very comfortable with her. She took the time to explain everything clearly and her recommendations for medication were reassuring and practical. The clinic staff were also very professional and friendly. They explained the medication and dosage clearly, which made us feel even more confident about our daughter’s care. Overall, we had a positive visit and would definitely recommend Joyful Seeds Clinic and Dr. Martha to other parents looking for a caring and child friendly paediatrician.

We go there even though it’s far from our place when my kids are sick especially for longer period of time or when it’s more serious. I find the meds they give more effective for toddlers and young kids. My kids won’t resist taking their meds. Dr Charmaine is also very patient and detailed during consultation, she even explains things to my mum in Chinese. There are also toys and play areas to keep my kids entertained. Overall, a great clinic.
