The most professional, caring, and genuinely loving environment to entrust your child to. We absolutely loved our experience at the Orchard outlet ! The infant care team and teachers were consistently warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They never once failed to keep us updated on our baby’s day, her progress, and all the little moments in between, which gave us so much reassurance. The team truly cares for every single infant in their care, and it shows in everything they do. The space is always spotless, and the infant curriculum is thoughtfully designed, offering enriching activities such as water and sand play. As first-time parents, we cannot thank the team enough for giving us complete peace of mind, knowing our little one was always in the very best hands. We would highly recommend this centre to any parent considering infant care you won’t find a more nurturing place for your child.
We came across KiddiWinkie Orchard when our kid was 5-6MO and we needed an infant care urgently. At that time everywhere else was full but we were lucky a slot happened to come up at KW. After a quick tour, we fell in love with the setup and how extra thought was given to keep the infants safe yet allowing them space to roam free and play. Fast forward to a year later today, we still think it was the best decision. The teachers and carers are loving, nurturing and meticulous. They always have the best intentions and we are grateful for that. Our kid loves them and feels right at home. Thank you Infant care team!
Dear Principal Allyson, Principal Elsy and all teachers, Warm greetings! Today is Evan’s last day at Kiddiwinkie Schoolhouse@Orchard, and I’m truly grateful and a little reluctant to say goodbye. Evan’s months in Singapore have been smooth and fulfilling. He gained plenty of knowledge, was showered with your love and guidance, and made many good friends here. These experiences have helped him grow steadily. A special thank you to Principal Elsy for giving Evan his English name—we love it and will keep using it for him. This campus experience will be an unforgettable, wonderful memory for Evan. Once again, thank you all for your hard work! Wish Kiddiwinkie Schoolhouse@Orchard a bright future! Sincerely, Evan’s Parent [14/01/2026]
Kiddiwinkie is a wonderful preschool with bright, clean classrooms filled with natural light and views of the outdoors. The spacious, well-designed outdoor play area is one of the best I’ve seen among all the preschools we visited (and we visited many), giving children plenty of room to explore and be active. The teachers are warm and friendly, and it shows in how happy the children are to go to school — mine always come home with lots of stories to share. Additionally, the principal is both professional and caring, and I like that she takes parent feedback to heart. Other than the regular activities offered for the kids, they also run workshops for parents, including infant and toddler first aid — something I unexpectedly found incredibly helpful when I needed to use the skills for my other child.

KiddiWinkie Schoolhouse is priced at the mid-range ($$) level for Singapore childcare and playgroup programmes. Beyond the monthly fee itself, families should ask about the one-time registration fee, a refundable deposit (typically equivalent to two months' fees), and any uniform or personal accident insurance charges that may apply. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the quoted monthly amount should be what you pay. Always request a full fee schedule in writing before committing so there are no surprises at invoicing. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in licensed childcare centres may qualify for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care or S$300 per month for childcare — subject to household income. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours per month may also access the Additional Working Mother Child Care Subsidy (WMS). Combined with the income-tested Additional Subsidy, the total support can reach up to S$710 per month for lower-income households. Permanent resident children receive partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy rates are set by ECDA and subject to change, so verify the current figures directly with ECDA or ask the centre's admin team to walk you through the application process before enrolment.
Popular childcare centres in Singapore often fill months ahead, with infant care places particularly sought after. As a general guide, families are advised to enquire three to twelve months before their intended start date. January is the peak intake month, as it aligns with the local school calendar, so demand for places tends to spike in the preceding quarter. To secure a slot, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and deposit. Contact KiddiWinkie Schoolhouse directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to ask about current availability and the process for reserving a place for your child.
