When enquiring about nanny or babysitter arrangements, it is worth establishing the intended start date as early as possible, since availability for experienced nannies in Singapore can be limited. Come prepared with details about your child's age, daily routine, any dietary or medical considerations, and the hours of care required. Ask about how the nanny or babysitter is matched to your family, what a typical settling-in period looks like, and how communication with parents is handled day to day. If your child holds Singapore citizenship, you may also wish to explore whether ECDA subsidies are applicable to your specific arrangement.
To take the next step, reach out to Kidibliss via phone or the enquiry form to discuss your requirements, confirm current availability, and arrange an opportunity to meet the caregiver before committing. Listing data is incomplete — contact Kidibliss directly to confirm details.

We came across Kidibliss and were initially delighted to find a childcare service that seemed warm and supportive for children. As parents of a child with medical needs, finding the right environment is extremely important to us. Before enrolling our son, we clearly informed Kidibliss about his medical condition, including that he is on an NG tube and requires certain medications. We were transparent from the very beginning so that they could properly assess whether they were able to care for him. The admin communication was quite slow, and some instructions were not clearly communicated. Despite that, they accepted our son and assigned us a nanny who was genuinely caring and kind. The nanny was wonderful — she truly tried her very best to take care of our son, even though he has separation anxiety. We are very grateful to her for her patience and effort. Day 1 was difficult, as expected for any child adjusting to a new environment, but by Day 2 and Day 3 our son was slowly starting to accept the nanny and settle in. However, on the evening of Day 3, we were informed at the last minute that Kidibliss could no longer take our son due to “a few medications.” We were told to pack his belongings and look for another childcare provider immediately. This was extremely shocking and disappointing. We had already disclosed his medical needs before enrollment. Proper assessment and internal discussion should have been done before accepting our child. It is unfair and irresponsible to accept a child with known medical requirements and then suddenly withdraw care without proper notice. To Kidibliss: please ensure your staff are properly trained and that thorough evaluations are done before accepting children with medical needs. Parents place great trust in you, especially when it comes to vulnerable children. Being accepted and then abruptly turned away is not only unprofessional, but deeply distressing for families. Very disappointing and inappropriate handling of the situation.
We engaged Kidibliss for their childminding service, and the staff were incredibly prompt in helping us find a childminder who lived nearby. We were introduced to Rina, and we couldn’t be more thankful that she became our childminder! As first-time parents, we truly appreciate how she takes the time to explain things clearly and keeps us regularly updated on our baby’s routine. She follows a consistent schedule for meals and sleep, and under her care, our baby eats and sleeps very well. Rina is not only reliable but also genuinely caring. She engages our baby with age-appropriate activities that support learning and development, and her home is always clean, child-safe, and welcoming. As working parents, we feel completely assured that our baby is in good hands. We feel so fortunate to have found Rina—and such wonderful support through Kidibliss
Good to have this platform and kidibliss staff is so helpful and attend to all my enquiries. The childminder with them also up to standard. For my appointed Nanny Rina is a caring and experienced caregiver. Definitely worry free and peace of mind when your baby is in good hands.
This was our first time using KidiBliss. The overall experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend. Wendy, the part time nanny assigned, took excellent care of our 2 kids for the 2 weeks while their nanny was away. She connected well with them and even shared some great ideas on how to keep them occupied.
I engaged Kidibliss for their infant childminding service, and Jess and her team were extremely responsive, readily addressing all my questions and helping me find an infant childminder who lived within close proximity to my residence! I couldn’t have asked for a better childminder than Jessica ❤️ She’s been caring for my baby since he was 3.5 months old, and I am consistently impressed by her attentiveness. She regularly updates me on how my child is doing, so I always know he’s in good hands. Jessica is not only reliable but also genuinely caring and patient, making sure my baby feels comfortable and secure. She creates a nurturing environment and has been a real source of peace of mind for me as a working mom. I also appreciate her professionalism and proactive approach, as she often suggests developmental activities to keep my baby engaged while ensuring he’s well taken care of. Overall, I’m incredibly grateful for Jessica and the Kidibliss team for providing such excellent care, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and loving childminder for their little one! Thank you, Jessica, for being such an amazing part of our family’s journey. 🌟💖

Kidibliss has not published a specific monthly rate, so you will need to contact them directly for a quote based on your schedule and care requirements. When you do, ask whether there is a registration fee and whether a deposit — typically equivalent to one to two months of fees — is required to secure your booking. Enquire also about any additional costs such as public holiday surcharges or transport allowances. It is worth noting that childcare and nanny service fees are not subject to GST for the care component, though this can depend on the structure of the arrangement. Government childcare subsidies in Singapore are administered by ECDA and apply primarily to licensed childcare centres. For nanny or informal babysitter arrangements, standard ECDA subsidies such as the Basic Subsidy (up to S$600 per month for infant care, S$300 for childcare), the Working Mother's Subsidy, and the Additional Subsidy for lower-income households are generally not applicable unless the arrangement is through a licensed centre. Singapore citizen children are eligible for the full range of subsidies at licensed facilities, while Permanent Residents may qualify for partial support. If subsidy eligibility is important to your decision, verify directly with Kidibliss whether any part of their service qualifies, and check ECDA's website for current figures as subsidy amounts are subject to change.
Availability for nannies and babysitters in Singapore can vary considerably depending on the time of year and the specific caregiver's schedule. It is advisable to enquire at least two to three months ahead of your intended start date, particularly for ongoing arrangements requiring consistent hours. For full-time or live-in nanny placements, demand tends to be highest at the start of the year when parents return to work after the December holidays. Contact Kidibliss directly via phone or the enquiry form to check current availability and, where possible, secure a preferred caregiver before confirming your booking.
