About Kids Clinic Punggol
Kids Clinic Punggol is a paediatric clinic located at Oasis Terraces in Punggol, offering specialist-focused child healthcare in the north-east of Singapore. The clinic is KakiList-verified, with a 4.6 out of 5 rating across 778 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides meaningful confidence in consistent service quality. No ACRA registration or MOH Healthcare Services Licence currently appears in the listing data, and parents are encouraged to confirm regulatory status directly with the clinic before booking.
For a first visit, parents typically bring the child's health booklet, vaccination records, and any referral letter from a GP or polyclinic. A paediatric consultation covers presenting symptoms, developmental milestone checks, and — where relevant — the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule for infants and children. If investigations such as blood work, urine tests, or an X-ray are needed, these are ordered at the same visit and billed separately from the consultation fee. Families using an Integrated Shield Plan should check whether the clinic is on their insurer's panel; MediSave can be used for selected outpatient conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme and the MediSave 500 or 700 withdrawal limits, subject to eligibility.
To make an appointment, contact Kids Clinic Punggol by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, confirm the consultation fee and payment methods accepted, and ask whether walk-in slots are available or whether bookings are required during peak morning hours.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I would like to share my experience that I had with Dr Dave and his team and I would totally recommend this clinic! I would always bring my child to this clinic because of the fast and accurate diagnosis. I had experienced before going around many clinics and seeing different doctors, but my son still cant recover, Until I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Dave and I have been going to him always since then. This clinic is very busy and fast paced, as they clear as much patients as they can per day and never reject patients even up to till the last min of their operating hours. I was there at 1220pm on a sunday and then realised that they are going to be close at 1230pm, but the staff was very nice and slot my son in for consultation. Although I was informed of the long waiting time, I would rather wait here to see Dr Dave than to go GP and my son cant benefit from the medication there. Dr Dave kept his consultation through and short but he is accurate and on point of the diagnosis of my son's condition every visit. For the amount I pay with this kind of professional accurate diagnosis service i received from Dr Dave and his team, I feel its worthwhile as my son gets the treatment he needed promptly and accurately. Thank you Dr Dave and his team for their hardwork in putting effort to treat every child.
Highly recommend Kids Clinic @ Punggol! Dr Dave is an amazing doctor — very patient, gentle and he explains everything clearly to parents. He makes my child feel comfortable during the consultation which really helps. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, making the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Thank you Dr Dave and Sheila plus the team for taking such good care of the kids!
Was recommended by my friend and honestly good experience at this clinic. The doctor is fast, detailed and very efficient during the consultation. Although the waiting time can be quite long as the clinic is usually busy, the consultation itself is smooth and straight to the point. I would also like to commend the 3 staff for their patience, friendliness, and good organisation. They manage the flow well and remain helpful at all times. In my opinion, the long wait is understandable because of the good medication. Highly recommended.
Dr Dave and his team are the best! Despite long queues and difficult crowd, they handled professionally. Really thankful for Dr and his team for their dedication and hardwork towards all the children and parents!
The waiting time can be quite long, so it’s best to come prepared or arrive early. However, the doctor is very attentive, patient, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which really reassured me as a parent. The clinic staff are generally polite and efficient. Even though the clinic can be quite busy, they do their best to manage the flow and attend to patients in a professional manner. The only downside as a parent, waiting can be challenging, especially with a sick child. While the waiting time is on the longer side, the doctor is kind, knowledgeable and detailed. The quality of consultation and treatment makes it worth the wait. Overall, a very good and reliable baby clinic. Highly recommended. 😊

Paediatric consultation fees at private children's clinics in Singapore typically run S$60–120 for a first visit and S$50–90 for follow-ups. Kids Clinic Punggol has not published a specific fee schedule in this listing, so confirm the exact rate by phone before attending. Common add-ons billed beyond the consultation include NIP or travel vaccinations (S$30–80 each), diagnostic tests such as a throat or urine swab (S$20–60), blood panels (S$60–200), and prescribed medications dispensed on-site. GST applies on private medical services. Any planned procedure should come with a written financial counselling estimate that clearly splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration currently appears in this listing. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. Every practising doctor must appear on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg — search by name to confirm registration status, specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and any disciplinary history. Parents should ask the clinic directly for the clinic licence number and the consulting doctor's SMC registration number before booking. Both pieces of information should be readily available at the front desk or on the clinic's official website. Neither the MOH licence alone nor SMC registration alone is sufficient — both are required for a legitimately operating paediatric clinic. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. Confirm whether Kids Clinic Punggol is on your insurer's panel before attending — panel status determines whether claims are processed directly or require reimbursement after payment. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient paediatric conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions such as asthma, up to the MediSave 500 or 700 withdrawal limits per year. Routine GP-style consultations for acute illness in children are generally not MediSave-claimable on an outpatient basis unless the condition falls within CDMP. Childhood vaccinations on the National Childhood Immunisation Programme may qualify for MediSave withdrawal under the Medisave for Approved Vaccinations scheme — confirm eligibility at the clinic. For any planned investigation or procedure, request a financial counselling session so the clinic can issue an itemised estimate splitting insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket amounts in writing before treatment begins.
