About Kidshealth Paediatric Clinic Yishun

About Kidshealth Paediatric Clinic Yishun

Kidshealth Paediatric Clinic Yishun is a paediatric clinic located at 235 Yishun Street 21, serving families across Singapore. The clinic has been reviewed by 112 patients on Google with a rating of 3.6 out of 5 — a robust sample size, though the score sits below the 4.0 threshold that would indicate strong patient satisfaction, and prospective patients should read the reviews in detail before booking. No regulatory licences have been confirmed in the listing data at this time.

For a first visit, parents typically walk in directly or call ahead to arrange an appointment for a child presenting with fever, respiratory illness, rashes, ear or throat conditions, or for routine developmental reviews and vaccinations under the National Childhood Immunisation Programme schedule. The consulting paediatrician will take a clinical history, examine the child, and advise on investigations — such as a blood panel or throat swab — or prescriptions where appropriate. Follow-up appointments are scheduled depending on the presenting condition. For specialist-level paediatric care beyond a general paediatric clinic's scope, a referral letter to a public hospital's paediatric outpatient clinic or a private paediatric specialist can be arranged. Parents with an Integrated Shield Plan should confirm whether direct walk-in private paediatric consultations are covered or whether a GP referral is required under their plan's terms.

To make an appointment, call the clinic directly or submit an enquiry via the contact form on the KakiList listing. Listing data is incomplete — contact Kidshealth Paediatric Clinic Yishun directly to confirm details.

Brought my child to see Dr Goh for concerns of premature puberty as this is one of her areas of expertise (she was recommended by another paediatrician) Dr Goh is an excellent and experienced doctor with a very reassuring bedside demeanour. My child was at ease with Dr Goh throughout the consult. Her examination of my child was thorough, as was her explanation thereafter. 5/5, 100%

I have been bringing my daughter to this clinic since she was just 2 months old. Dr. Goh is exceptionally knowledgeable and consistently shows great empathy—not only toward my daughter but also to us as parents. During every consultation, she is patient, caring, and never in a rush, unlike some others who may seem more focused on volume than quality of care. As for the counter staff, they are generally kind and helpful. While there may be one who comes across as a little eccentric, it does not take away from the fact that this is a very good clinic. I trust the care provided here, and will continue bringing my daughter whenever we need a reliable and compassionate paediatrician.

Been here so many times, spend so much each time $200 plus, no matter how my child take KidsHealth medicine it NEVER recover, always need a 2nd visit, waste $$ waste time!! They even anyhow upsell a bigger bottle of dolphin nose spray, when I’m not with my elderly mom during payment. Old lady at counter, also very rude & rough.. with my kid. UnTill I gave up & let my 2 years old toddler try next door, (Universal medical Clinic), their medicine one time works! Old male doctor clinic don’t anyhow upsell medicine, very reasonable charges, after the switch no regrets after!!! Choose your child clinic very wisely please!! Many unethical doctors around.

A PD situated in Yishun always good to have. So far my experiences with the PD had been positive. Yes there will be Q and Wait is expected. And their registration will stop before closing time, so i urge caretakers to come register early, if need be.

Bad service!!!!!!!! if i could i would not even give a star! chasing kids out of their clinic because it’s not our turn yet?? letting sick kids staying outside of the clinic under hot and humid weather despite kids having high fever or uncomfort? If your clinic is not big enough, EXPAND IT! We are here to see doctor and get healed, not to get more sick! Don’t let your patient wait outside like this for like 2 hours???

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Kidshealth Paediatric Clinic Yishun charge?

No specific fee schedule has been provided for Kidshealth Paediatric Clinic Yishun, so the figures below reflect standard Singapore market ranges. A private paediatric consultation typically runs S$80–180 for a first visit and S$60–130 for a follow-up, with GST applicable on private medical services. Common add-ons include vaccinations (S$30–120 per dose depending on the antigen, with subsidised National Childhood Immunisation Programme vaccines available for eligible children), throat or urine swabs (S$30–80), blood panels (S$60–200), and prescriptions billed separately. Contact Kidshealth Paediatric Clinic Yishun directly to confirm current consultation fees. See the full paediatric cost guide for Singapore →

Is Kidshealth Paediatric Clinic Yishun MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration has been confirmed in this listing's data. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, and every practising doctor must appear on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg — searchable by name to confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. You should verify both the clinic licence and the consulting doctor's SMC entry before booking. For paediatric specialist-level credentials, look for accreditation in Paediatric Medicine on the SMC register or a fellowship with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH or FRCPCH) or the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS). Contact Kidshealth Paediatric Clinic Yishun directly and ask to see these credentials if they are not displayed at the clinic.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Kidshealth Paediatric Clinic Yishun?

MediSave can be used for outpatient paediatric consultations under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient use, rising to S$700 for conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which includes asthma and several other chronic childhood conditions. Routine GP-equivalent paediatric visits and vaccinations may fall within these limits, but confirm with the clinic which items are MediSave-claimable at point of billing. Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient stays and day surgery at private hospitals, but outpatient paediatric consultations at a private clinic are typically not covered unless your plan includes an outpatient rider. Confirm with your insurer before the visit — especially for any planned investigations or procedures — and ask the clinic for a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
