About Kidslink Children's Clinic Bedok

About Kidslink Children's Clinic Bedok

Kidslink Children's Clinic Bedok is a paediatric clinic located at 136 Bedok North Ave 3, serving families across Singapore. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channels. The clinic holds a 3/5 rating across 45 Google reviews — a moderate sample size, though the below-average score warrants attention and parents are encouraged to read recent reviews carefully before booking.

For a first visit, families typically contact the clinic by phone or through the online enquiry form to confirm appointment availability and the scope of the consultation. A paediatric consultation will generally cover the presenting concern, a physical examination, and — where relevant — alignment with the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule and developmental milestone checks. If investigations such as a blood panel or urinalysis are needed, these are ordered at the clinic and billed separately from the consultation fee. For ongoing or complex conditions, the doctor may refer to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic or a tertiary paediatric centre. It is worth confirming at booking whether the clinic accepts Integrated Shield Plan (IP) claims and whether MediSave can be applied under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for eligible conditions.

Contact Kidslink Children's Clinic Bedok by phone or through the enquiry form to check appointment slots, confirm consultation fees, and ask about payment via MediSave or insurance before your visit.

Our go to clinic for my children since 3 years. When I went for the first time, I was bit doubtful about the waiting time and treatment, and Its a very good experience since then. My elder child had fever and Dr Lim suggested to go for a blood sample and found out to be infection and immediately given antibiotics oral medication which put the infection under control. Though some had bad experiences about waiting time and reception, personally our experience is good so far.

Was abit skeptical going to this clinic due to the reviews. It is overpriced ($200-$250 for cough + blocked nose) but that was not the main reason for the review. Was prescribed cough syrup + airway syrup for my 3 months baby, only to find out today from the gov doctor that we should not be giving those as my baby is still so small (We brought the meds over for the doc to review). Was informed to stop giving those meds immediately. Alot of my friend whose baby had cough went to hosp and was also given the same advice (baby too young to give syrup meds). Wish we visited another doctor sooner cause we already gave almost half the bottle over that 2 weeks and no improvements.

Dr Lim is kind and proficient and so are her nurses. Nephew has also been under her care since he was born.

Does not recommend, went there as a last resort unless no choice. Their medicine are old and very quick to their expiry. Brought my son for consultation in July 2024 and was surprised that the expiry date is in Sept2024. Not only that incident, the past few visits the medicines are at least 2 years old

Went to the clinic first before its was open and when the clinic was open we went inside and registered for our child . After that we see people went in and already see the doctor , we waited about 1.5 hours and the management very terrible. People came after us managed to get in first. Front counter never even bother to register my child name but instead let other people go in even if my child is not sick . I just want to collect some meds or cream for my child that’s all , eh come on la 1.5 hours outside waiting . What a joke la this clinic , no standard .

Is Kidslink Children's Clinic Bedok MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

No regulatory licences appear in the listing data for Kidslink Children's Clinic Bedok at the time of publication. Every legitimate clinic is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, which confirms registration status, specialist accreditation, and any disciplinary history. Parents should verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before booking. For specialist paediatric care, look for a Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS) in Paediatric Medicine as the additional credential beyond basic SMC registration. Neither the clinic licence nor the SMC entry alone is sufficient — confirm both.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Kidslink Children's Clinic Bedok?

Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to your plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. Confirm pre-authorisation with your insurer and, for any planned procedure, request a Letter of Guarantee before attending to avoid claim disputes afterwards. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient and S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including asthma, diabetes, and hypertension. For any planned procedure, ask the clinic for a pre-treatment financial counselling estimate that itemises the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions in writing. Skipping this step is the most common reason families are surprised by their final bill.
