About Kidslink Children's Clinic Choa Chu Kang

Kidslink Children's Clinic Choa Chu Kang is a paediatric clinic located at 309 Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4, serving families in the Choa Chu Kang and wider west-side area. The clinic has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channel. It currently holds a Google rating of 3.0 out of 5 across 23 reviews — a moderate sample size, though the rating itself warrants attention and parents are encouraged to read individual reviews before booking. No regulatory licences have been confirmed in our records at this time; parents should verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council registration directly before attending.

For a first visit, parents typically contact the clinic by phone or through the online form to check consultation availability and present-day waiting times. A paediatric consultation will generally cover the child's presenting symptoms, developmental milestones, and vaccination status against the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule. Depending on the condition, the doctor may request a blood panel, urine test, or refer the child to a specialist or hospital if further investigation is needed. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient consultations under the Chronic Disease Management Programme and the MediSave 500 withdrawal limit for approved conditions; check with the clinic whether your child's condition qualifies. Parents holding Integrated Shield Plans should confirm whether the clinic is on their insurer's panel for outpatient claims.

To make an appointment, contact Kidslink Children's Clinic Choa Chu Kang by phone or via the enquiry form, and bring your child's health booklet and any prior medical records to the first consultation. A big shoutout of thanks to the amazing clinic staff and Dr Winston who have been so caring and attentive towards my child's health! Your dedication and expertise are truly appreciated. Remember, online ratings are subjective - yes the wait can be long, but what matters most is our own experience for a doctor that works well for our children, and of course our managed expectations #Thankful #HealthcareHeroes"

I've been to a couple of PDs around the CCK and BPP area and Dr Winston is the only PD that's been able to help with my child's symptoms. The waiting period can be long but thank goodness it's right next to Lot One where we can stroll whilst we wait for the nurses to call through. I also do not mind the wait because Dr Winston is very thorough with his steps and doesn't rush through the consultations. His staff have been polite and kind with me and my children. I'm very grateful for them.

Dr Winston is v patient, he did not rush through with the diagnosis with his patients (from what I observed, every consultation takes some time). He explains my child's condition is v layman's term so that it is easy for me to understand. The nurses are v friendly and understanding towards my v active child who was running around the clinic, they even helped me to entertain her.

The nurses were kind and patient. They were also forefront about the charges as it was my first time visiting. The doctor (Dr Winston) was detailed and thorough in his explanations unlike many other PDs who would rush through the consultation . Would definitely come here again if my child is sick.

Is Kidslink Children's Clinic Choa Chu Kang MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. No regulatory licences have been confirmed in our records for Kidslink Children's Clinic Choa Chu Kang. This does not mean the clinic is unlicensed — it may simply reflect a gap in the information provided to KakiList. Parents should verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry directly before booking. Neither alone is sufficient; both should be confirmed. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Kidslink Children's Clinic Choa Chu Kang?

MediSave can be used for selected outpatient consultations and treatments under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient use and S$700 per year for conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which includes asthma, diabetes, hypertension, and several other chronic conditions. Confirm with the clinic whether the child's presenting condition qualifies before the visit, as not every consultation is MediSave-claimable. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life may cover specialist consultations and any day surgery, subject to each plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider terms. Check whether Kidslink Children's Clinic Choa Chu Kang appears on your insurer's panel for outpatient claims — panel status affects reimbursement rates significantly. For any planned procedure, request a pre-treatment financial counselling estimate in writing from the clinic that clearly splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions. Skipping this step is the most common reason families are surprised by their final bill. See the full paediatric cost guide for Singapore →
