Dr Gong is a trusted and very knowledgeable Dr who gives very clear advice, no fluff. I know my child is in good hands whenever I visit him as he follows through with test to identify the root cause of each problem, when necessary. Dr Gong is very experience with kids. In a few incidents, I visited doctors nearer to my place and even the A&E at public hospital, only to be dismissed over my concern. I am thankful to have Dr Gong help give the right diagnosis and have my child treated in a timely manner without the condition worsen. The nurses at the clinic are also very friendly and organized. Despite the clinic's high volume, it's never chaotic. I will always recommend my friends to Dr Gong whenever they require a pediatrician.

We've been seeing Dr Gong for 9 yrs, and he's consistently been very professional, efficient, meticulous and thorough. Dr Gong is very up to date, and suspected (accurately) that our child caught salmonella from school, administering medication swiftly, ensuring quick recovery. He is also very reassuring, and went out of his way to look after our newborn who was admitted in another hospital, sharing detailed updates of our baby's condition daily until discharge. Dr Gong always has the child's well-being at top of mind. A very caring, experienced and knowledgeable Dr! Dr Gong is supported by a team of nurses who have displayed unwavering commitment in their roles.

My kids have been seeing Dr Gong for the past 8 years. Dr Gong is professional and cares for his patients. I remembered when my child was admitted to NICU at 11pm, Dr Gong was there to explain on the procedure/steps he is taking and reassure us that everything will be ok. He is definitely very knowledgeable and experienced PD. Nurses at his clinic are friendly as well.

Just called the clinic as it was recommended by our urologist, and the nurse says need to make appt, even after I told her that my son has blood in the pee. If blood in the pee not emergency case, then what is emergency? Might as well go KK where he will be attended to immediately and we don’t have to pay a premium. And she said, then please go to KK. I guess they are so popular that they don’t need new businesses anyway.

Avoid this clinic at all costs! This doctor is arrogant and mannerless. I walked out of his clinic mid way as I could not stand his series of questions and rude tone. He expects small children to rely on his medications for the rest of their lives and he conveniently states that its totally safe to consume strong medication too. He doesn’t care about your perspective as a parent. He ll order you around and if u don’t follow his instructions he ll try to intimidate you and make you feel guilty. He thinks he is god and wants every parent to worship his practice by accepting whatever he says. He may be a good doctor who might provide accurate diagnosis but he has no sentiments or consideration towards your opinion. And has poor etiquettes and communication skills which can seem demeaning to children and parents. He should realize that he is not providing free services and doing charity.
