Dr Vas overprescribes medicine, giving multiple steroids when a proper professional prescribed just a simple cream; the scary thing is she has parents who love her and visit her constantly, unaware that her prescriptions are probably the cause in the first place. It's a clinic purely focused on profit maximization, prescribing every thing they can get away with, and insisting on multiple follow-ups and checks in partner clinics "because they care". We ended up doing a simple checkup at singhealth for a fraction of the cost, no gaslighting, and medication that actually work. If you are an authority investigating this outfit, do not hesitate to reach out.

Front desk staff are horribly rude and condescending. I’ve heard them myself whilst at the clinic being very rude towards patients , an example being a patient who was late but was lost. “Your time is 11am , what do you mean you don’t know how to come here. This is an appointment you are already late”. I experienced it myself today, after calling to make my appointment later in the day only to be spoken to with a very ride as short tone. No offer of assistance , to either postpone or change the appt. Just told “then you’ll be a walk in today”. Not sure I want to be treated or spoken to that way especially when I’m taking my children to get care there. Adeline might want to take note that their clinic is not the only one in SG. We actually moved our kids from Paragon to Parkway Parade , and it’s been wonderful with the doctors in both clinics so far. But if their receptionist continue this way, they’ll only get more bad reviews and less loyal patients. While Dr Vasanthi at Parkway Parade is an incredible PD , and one of the best I’ve met in SG. The receptionists are not. And this is generally the first point of contact for all patients. There is a kind receptionist there , but the Adeline lady probably needs to go if she continues treating people that way over the phone. Their entire job scope is to assist patients with their appointments and queries. Not to be rude or unhelpful. Customer Service is very important in this line.

Dr. Lee has been incredible throughout my daughter's treatment. She had to be admitted twice, and during the stays, every single day, Dr. Lee visited her at least twice to ensure she was receiving the correct medication and doses based on her condition. His attention to detail and commitment to her recovery have been remarkable. Even when the clinic or hospital is crowded, he never rushes through appointments and takes the time to answer all our questions with patience and care. I have full confidence in his expertise and know that whenever I visit him, I can leave with peace of mind, knowing my daughter is in the best hands. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled doctor.

Used to be the clinic of choice due to proximity, but decided to change to one in katong square. For a few times, we were given immune boosting medicines which were not covered by insurance. Doctors and nurses didn't explain it properly. I was in a rush to work (guess it's the situation for many parents here) so I didn't examine exactly the names of medicine and put my full trust in doctors not over prescribing medicines...
