About Kingsmen Exhibits
Kingsmen Exhibits is an event planning company based at 22 Changi Business Park Central 2, offering islandwide coverage across Singapore. KakiList has verified their operating details and contact channels. They hold a 4.6 out of 5 rating across 80 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable directional signal. Pricing sits in the mid-range ($$) and is structured around packages.
Enquire by confirming your event date, venue, and approximate headcount first. From there, a theme or style consultation helps define the scope — package versus à la carte, multi-vendor coordination requirements, and deliverables timeline. Agree the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing) and when the balance falls due, usually one to two weeks before the event. For larger productions, a site recce before signing is advisable to confirm setup and teardown access windows and any venue-specific restrictions. If any portion of the event involves an outdoor or semi-outdoor space, establish the wet-weather or backup contingency plan in writing. Also confirm whether public liability insurance is held, particularly where setups occur at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues that may require a copy of the certificate.
To take the next step, reach out to Kingsmen Exhibits via phone or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, and a brief description of the scope — this allows them to confirm availability and provide a relevant package proposal.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
This review is long overdue for Candice, Ryan, and the team at KINGSMEN EXHIBITS PTE LTD. We’ve worked with them on 3 occasions for TFWA, and each time has been exceptional. They are highly professional—especially Candice. You don’t need to explain things in detail; they instinctively understand what needs to be done and handle everything smoothly. You can fully trust them—no need for constant follow-up. Everything is well-organized and in good hands. They take real pride in their work. When I mentioned I wasn’t satisfied with the lighting’s luminosity, they promptly sent someone who sincerely explored multiple solutions to improve it. They also added a gold rim to our poster and thoughtfully surprised us with a flower arrangement at the counter to enhance the overall look of the booth—without being told. Despite costing more than some competitors, we still choose to work with them because their service, reliability, and professionalism are worth it. Their sincerity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality make them an outstanding partner. Highly recommended!
Superb place. Glad to be their guest 😌

We are truly grateful that he is in charge of Hall 3 where we are located. His assistance truly helped us a great deal in ensuring a smooth setup process. Keep up the good work, Shan De!
I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Shan De from FHA HoReCa 2024 for his exceptional service at the Euraco booth. Kingsmen Exhibits prices event planning on a package basis, and the final figure depends on the scope, headcount, and complexity of the event. For reference, full event planning in Singapore (excluding venue and catering) typically runs S$5,000–25,000+ depending on the scale of coordination involved. Corporate and exhibition-focused projects may be priced differently from consumer events. Itemise these in any proposal you receive: the deposit amount and timing (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, hours of coverage or service, deliverables and handover timeline, travel or logistics charges for non-central venues, and GST where applicable. A written quote that separates planning fees from third-party vendor disbursements will give you the clearest picture of the full cost. See the full event planners cost guide for Singapore →
Lead time depends heavily on the type and scale of the event. For large corporate events, trade exhibitions, or complex multi-vendor productions, six to twelve months is a reasonable planning horizon — the most capable planning teams fill their calendars well in advance, and venue availability often drives the timeline as much as the planner's schedule does. For mid-sized corporate or private events, three to six months ahead is more typical, though popular Saturday dates in March, April, October, and November in Singapore tend to book earliest. Confirm whether a deposit locks in the date, and ask about the rescheduling policy if a force-majeure situation (weather, public-health restriction) requires a change of date. Getting this in writing at the point of signing avoids disputes later.
Singapore industry standard for event planners is a deposit of 30–50% on signing, which typically covers the date hold, initial planning hours, vendor outreach, and any design or concept development work completed before the event. The balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event date. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers, what portion (if any) is refundable on cancellation, and whether the deposit is transferable to a rescheduled date rather than forfeited outright. Ask about the policy if a venue cancellation or external circumstance beyond your control forces a change — reputable planners will have a documented rescheduling protocol. Also confirm whether Kingsmen Exhibits holds public liability insurance, and ask for a copy of the certificate if your venue requires it for setup approvals.
