About LEAP SchoolHouse
LEAP SchoolHouse is a tuition centre operating islandwide from its City Square Mall location at 180 Kitchener Road, Singapore 208539. The centre is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, providing a baseline of operational credibility. It holds a Google rating of 4.4 out of 5, though this is based on only 7 reviews and should be treated as directional rather than conclusive. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier.
Families looking to enrol should first confirm whether the centre offers tuition aligned to their child's level and syllabus — whether that is the MOE primary or secondary curriculum, PSLE preparation, O-Level, or another stream. It is worth asking whether sessions are conducted in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, as this affects both pacing and price. Enquire about a trial class before committing to a term, so your child can experience the teaching approach first-hand. The City Square Mall basement location is accessible by MRT via Farrer Park station.
To take the next step, reach out to LEAP SchoolHouse via phone or the enquiry form listed on this page to ask about current subject offerings, available time slots, and class sizes for your child's level. Confirm whether a trial class is available and request a clear breakdown of fees before signing up for a full term.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
My 2.5 year old has been going here for a while now. We love the school. Ms Esther has been very kind from the time of school visit till now. She shows a genuine care for each child and specialises in child education. The teachers and staff are excellent (eg Teacher Fi Fi). You can tell that the school goes out of the way to make sure that the children feel comfortable first and fosters a fantastic learning environment. Will highly recommend to other parents considering a Playschool.
Our son Manu had a marvelous time at Leap Schoolhouse. We visited several other schools before, but were immediately convinced that Leap was the right choice for us because of the relaxed atmosphere and the warm and cheerful teachers. Children have loads of fun while learning and the teachers truly have attention for more than only cognitive learning. They also learn important life skills such as creativity and healthy living. Kids are respected and encouraged in a positive and loving way. Their independence is trained which boosts their confidence. Location is very convenient at City Square Mall. The energetic miss Esther Lim leads the school with vision and passion. If you want your child to have a balanced, joyful and multi-faceted early learning experience, LEAP Schoolhouse is a great option.
Great Childcare centre and staff. The place is also in a mall so a good place to walk around with kiddos before and after school.
Highly!! Not recommended!! Yucks!!

LEAP SchoolHouse is priced in the mid-range tier, though specific per-session or monthly package rates are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the centre. Tuition centres in Singapore typically charge on a per-session basis, as part of a monthly package, or by school term. Rates vary based on subject, academic level, and whether sessions are conducted in a group or one-to-one format — group classes are generally more affordable, while one-to-one tuition commands a premium. Beyond the tuition fee itself, ask about any registration fee, materials or workbook charges, and whether a trial class incurs a separate cost. Some centres offer sibling discounts or reduced rates for multi-subject enrolment. See the full Tuition Centres cost guide for Singapore →
It is worth asking LEAP SchoolHouse whether a trial class is available before signing up for a full term. Many tuition centres in Singapore offer a single trial session, sometimes at a reduced fee or included in the first month's payment, to let the student experience the teaching style and gauge the pace of the class. During a trial, pay attention to whether the level of difficulty is appropriately matched to your child's current standing, whether the tutor explains concepts clearly, and whether your child feels engaged. A good fit on teaching style matters as much as syllabus coverage. If a formal trial is not offered, enquire whether the first session can be treated as a commitment-free assessment class.
Specific tutor credentials for LEAP SchoolHouse are not publicly available through the current listing. When contacting the centre, it is advisable to ask directly about the educational background of the tutors assigned to your child's subject and level — for example, whether they hold a degree in the relevant discipline, have prior MOE teaching experience, or hold an NIE qualification. Also enquire whether the curriculum is aligned to the current MOE syllabus, and whether tutors stay updated on syllabus revisions, particularly following SEAB changes. For O-Level or PSLE preparation, consistency of the assigned tutor across the term is also worth confirming. Listing data is incomplete — contact LEAP SchoolHouse directly to confirm details.
