Couples and event hosts typically begin by enquiring about available dates and ballroom capacity, then discussing the catering format — sit-down banquet rounds versus cocktail reception — alongside the menu and dietary requirements. The per-pax rate will depend on the package tier, menu selection, and headcount. Before confirming a booking, it is worth requesting a menu tasting, which most hotel venues offer above a minimum order value. Confirm the dietary mix your guest list requires — halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, and no-beef options should be discussed at the outset, alongside any requirement for MUIS halal certification. Clarify what is included in the quoted per-pax rate: food, service staff, equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers, and whether a buffet attendant or table service is provided. Check the delivery and setup window, the food-safety hold time for hot dishes, and the policy for handling leftovers.
To take the next step, contact M Hotel Singapore Wedding by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to check date availability, request a package breakdown, and arrange a menu tasting before paying any deposit.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
After a hearty meal, at the second level of the hotel (The Buffet ), my daughter and I decided to spent a night at this hotel. She approached an elderly gentleman at the reception (sorry didn't get his name) who then told us to book via one of the platform to get a better rate. After proceeding to do so, my daughter had some issues with that platform, we then approached a front officer named Halim. Within minutes, Mr Halim had us checked into a very comfortable room. To the management, we wished to express our gratitude to the efficient, friendly, helpful front desk officer Mr Halim for helping us with the last minute booking. To Mr Halim, if you are reading this, kudos to you for giving us an exceptional service. Keep up the good work! Also I would like to compliment another gentleman, a slender guy in his 20s-30s for helping me with the location of the prayer room earlier at about 1845hrs Room 1317 25th Feb 2026
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — it’s just a short walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (Exit H), making it very convenient to get around. There’s also a convenience store and McDonald’s nearby, which was very handy. 100AM Mall and Icon Village are just a few minutes’ walk away as well, so food and shopping options are easily accessible. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was incredibly spacious and even came with a jacuzzi, which made the stay feel extra luxurious. Despite its large size, the room still felt cosy and comfortable. I also appreciated the in-room entertainment options — the TV supports AirPlay, Chromecast, and Miracast, making it easy to stream our own shows. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
We stay here for 3 days vacation. And I think it’s about RM500/ night which is very great value for the location. There is a bus stand just in front of this hotel so the public transport is very accessible. For the room, it’s very spacious and the view is amazing. It comes with a well designed bath room. It’s not big but can still fit a bath tub which is great after a long day exploring Singapore. The facilities is okay. They do have gym and pool is okay (didn’t get a chance to try it) and there is a self service laundry area just near the pool. The hotel’s restaurant is not halal unfortunately so if you are Muslim, need to find food outside the hotel.
The room and bathroom sizes are good. Gives you enough space to move around. The room is cleaned daily and the linens and bath towels are crisp. The Smart TV includes TV Channels and other information. The room has "Aiello", an AI voice assistant device that acts like a virtual concierge. The hotel location is accessible by walking to the Lau Pa Sat Hawker Center, Tanjong Pagar MRT Station and the marina bay.
A harbour view room will add to your experience. I was impressed by the bespoke cabinetry. It was dated but of good quality. The vanity basin might as well have been in the shower. Breakfast was excellent. Aircon was adequate. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception was disinterested.Fairprice supermarket very close and useful.

M Hotel Singapore Wedding is priced in the mid-range band on a per-pax basis. Hotel wedding banquets in Singapore are typically priced per table of ten, ranging from S$800 to S$2,000 or more per table depending on the package tier, menu, and day of the week. Weekend evening packages generally command a premium over weekday and lunch slots. Beyond the per-table or per-pax rate, confirm what is included: service charge (typically 10%) and GST (9%) are standard additions at hotel venues, and these can meaningfully affect the final bill. Ask specifically about setup and teardown access, audiovisual provision, and whether a minimum guaranteed headcount applies. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is the norm, with the balance due closer to the event date. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
Before confirming a booking, clarify the dietary breakdown of your guest list. Hotel venues in Singapore typically offer vegetarian and no-pork-no-lard alternatives, and some hold MUIS halal certification for part or all of their catering operations. Confirm whether the certification applies at the kitchen level or only to specific menus, and ask to see the MUIS certificate with its licence number and validity dates — 'halal-friendly' without a current MUIS certificate does not meet the standard for guests who require certified halal. For mixed-faith guest lists, also confirm no-beef options for Hindu guests, nut-free and gluten-free provisions where needed, and cross-contamination protocols between halal and non-halal preparation areas. Most hotel caterers can accommodate a multi-dietary menu with sufficient notice — raise this at the initial enquiry rather than after signing.
M Hotel Singapore Wedding operates from a fixed premises at 81 Anson Road, and hotel catering operations in Singapore are required to hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence. The SFA assigns a hygiene grade — A is highest, followed by B, C, and D — which can be verified on the SFA's online licence database. For banquet catering, hot food should be held above 60°C and cold dishes below 5°C, with a cooked-to-served window of roughly two to three hours per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time, the replenishment schedule for a buffet-style reception, and how leftover food is managed after service. M Hotel Singapore Wedding carries a robust Google review sample of 4.2 out of 5 from 5,595 reviews, which provides a meaningful indication of consistent service delivery. Confirm the SFA hygiene grade and, where relevant, MUIS halal certification in writing before paying any deposit.
