the best agency I have ever met, and an agent that can be trusted by those of you who want to get justice in your rights as a helper
Very friendly, humble ,and welcome.Have a wonderfull conversations about a job what I was looking for .Brighten my day and positive vibes.Thank You Mr.Spencer come with my best friend this afternoon.God Bless
Mr. Spencer’s business and service is 5 of 5 !! He’s a very good listener and knows how to find great match for me. This is 2nd time I go to him, my first helper was hired 2.5 years ago via him, and recently my helper has issue on her health and having performance issue, during then his assistant gave advices on how to communicate with my current helper and reached out to my helper to check in and hear from her side, even it’s after 2 years to reach out, until I really gave up my current helper. since I don’t have good reviews on my helper, he’s also being polite and transparent with my helper about the challenges for her to find new job, she will have to work harder for herself, while then Mr. Spencer recommended a great lovely helper for me, during the process of transition there were some challenges due to the character of new helper’s employer, Mr. Spencer acted very positively and professionally throughout the period and got it resolved timely. I really appreciated and trust him in his eye of choosing a great helper. He’s very fair on both sides, helper and employer, his respect and professional interaction with everyone is a skill!! It show effortlessly on him. Highly recommend this agency. **I was considering to hire direct transfer helper but I decided not to, because Mr. Spencer filters first round already, he only supports the good one, not anyhow matching helpers to employers.
Transferred my current helper to Mr. Spencer at Maids "R" Us after she struggled to find a good match during a tight time. He was kind and helpful and cares about the women and their well being. I am glad this agency exists when there are so many that take advantage.
It's the first time I've come here, I'm comfortable here because the service is excellent. He's also very friendly.

Maids R Us has not published a specific fee schedule on their listing, so you will need to enquire directly for a current quote based on your required hours, the child's age, and the type of care needed. As a general guide, full-time nanny rates in Singapore typically range from S$1,800 to S$3,500 per month for a local nanny, while part-time or ad hoc babysitting is usually charged at an hourly rate. Beyond the base fee, check whether there is a placement or registration fee payable to the agency, and clarify whether public holiday rates or overnight rates differ from the standard arrangement. Childcare-related services of this nature are generally not subject to GST in the same way as centre-based childcare, but confirm the billing structure in writing before committing. Government childcare subsidies administered by ECDA apply specifically to licensed childcare centres and infant care centres — they do not extend to private nanny or babysitter arrangements such as those provided by Maids R Us. If you are currently using or considering a licensed childcare centre alongside a nanny, those centre fees may separately qualify for the Basic Subsidy (up to S$600 per month for infant care, or S$300 per month for childcare), the Working Mother Subsidy, or the Additional Subsidy for lower-income households. For nanny-based care, the primary financial route is via your employer's dependent care benefits or flexible spending arrangements, if available. Singapore citizen children are eligible for ECDA subsidies at qualifying centres; PRs receive partial support. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are subject to change — refer directly to the ECDA website for the most current figures before making care decisions.
Unlike licensed childcare centres, nanny and babysitter agencies do not operate a fixed enrolment intake calendar, so availability depends on the pool of caregivers at any given time rather than a structured waitlist. That said, demand for experienced nannies in Singapore can be high, particularly for infant care and for families with specific language or skill requirements. It is advisable to begin your search at least two to three months before your intended start date to allow time for matching, interviewing, and any background checks. If you have a firm return-to-work date or a newborn arrival on the horizon, contacting Maids R Us sooner rather than later gives you the best chance of securing a suitable match. Reach out directly via WhatsApp or phone to ask about current caregiver availability for your specific requirements and preferred start date.
