Dr Jared is genuinely one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the very first interaction, he was kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. I have been coming this clinic for a long time and have received immense support. When I felt deeply hopeless about my condition and believed that no medication could meaningfully improve it, Dr Jared spent several months patiently adjusting my treatment plan until my condition stabilised, my overall state improved, and I was able to regain basic functioning in daily life and work. I will also never forget the warmth and care I received from Karmelia during one of the most difficult periods of my life. And when my emotional support cat went missing, she reached out proactively with concern and assistance. She paid close attention to my emotional state and continued to check in until I began to recover. Her kindness and attentiveness made a profound difference. Overall, I am deeply grateful to the doctors and staff here. I have consistently felt their goodwill and genuine care, which has been especially precious to me during the challenging phases of my life.

I am seeing Dr David for anxiety symptoms due to stressors from work/family responsibilities. Dr David is very patient to listen despite my complex situation that added loads onto my symptoms in the recovery process. I was very scared to visit priori my visit but walk out feeling lighter today. While I understand a lot more work needs to be done, I’m confident to see recovery progress in due time.
