About MindChamps Allied Care

About MindChamps Allied Care

MindChamps Allied Care is a paediatric healthcare provider based in Toa Payoh, serving families islandwide. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channels. The clinic holds a 5/5 rating across 12 Google reviews, though this is a small sample and should be treated as directional only. No regulatory licences — including an MOH Healthcare Services Licence or SMC-registered practitioner entry — are recorded in this listing, which families should clarify directly with the clinic before booking.

Families seeking paediatric care would typically begin by confirming whether the clinic operates as a private specialist outpatient setting or a general-practice clinic, and whether the consulting doctor holds SMC registration with specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine. A first specialist consultation at a private paediatric clinic typically runs S$120–250, compared with S$30–80 at a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic via a polyclinic or GP referral letter, with the latter carrying a 4–12 week non-urgent wait. Relevant considerations include alignment with the National Childhood Immunisation Programme schedule, developmental milestone assessments, and whether the clinic accepts Integrated Shield Plan pre-authorisation or processes MediSave withdrawals under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for eligible conditions.

To take the next step, contact MindChamps Allied Care directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm the consulting doctor's credentials, the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence, and the fee structure before booking a first appointment.

My son has been attending MindChamps Allied Care – Toa Payoh since September 2024, and we’ve seen tremendous improvements in his social skills and communication. We really appreciate the detailed weekly updates (complete with adorable photos and videos!) that keep us connected to what’s happening in class, as well as the regular parent-teacher conferences where his IPP goals and progress are shared. These sessions are always insightful and help us better understand his development. The classes are interesting and engaging, with a good mix of gym, sensory play, hands-on activities, music sessions, and table work — my son always looks forward to them! All the teachers are dedicated, caring, and patient — it’s clear they genuinely care about the children’s growth. We truly believe our child is in good hands and are so thankful for the teachers’ commitment and support. A special shoutout to Teacher Simone, Abby, Charlotte, and Joo Ee — my son absolutely loves attending his sessions because of all of you! ❤️

We are truly grateful to the team at MCEIT@Toa Payoh for the care and support they have given Morgan. When we first started, we were unsure and worried, but the teachers have welcomed him with so much patience and warmth. Because of their guidance, we’ve seen Morgan grow more confident, expressive, and connected. Every little milestone he reaches is thanks to their dedication and belief in him. Thank you for the team at MCEIT@Toa Payoh- Simone, Abby, Charlotte, Kiran, Joo Ee & Huda for making such a positive difference in Morgan’s journey!

I am so grateful for the incredible care and dedication of the teachers at MCAC TP. Teacher Charlotte, Teacher Simone, Teacher Vic and Teacher Abby are all incredibly warm and friendly. They make each session a fun and positive experience for my child and he looks forward to it each time. I like how they have tailored the lessons to my child’s learning and social needs, and the very detailed updates on his progress that are provided each week. I’m so thankful for their support.

My child has shown alot of improvement, from not being able to read or recognise word, handwriting and simple calculations, to being a confident reader, legible handwriting and able to count quite fast now. Thank you for the patience and guidance and never-ending encouragements for my child.

Simone is patient, understanding, detailed and very perceptive. She exudes the qualities necessary in her line of work, in which she excels in. She was able to give deep insight to my child, which helped us in understanding his inner world. So thankful for Simone and will definitely recommend her to others.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does MindChamps Allied Care charge?

Private paediatric first consultations in Singapore typically run S$120–250, with follow-up visits at S$80–180. By contrast, a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic visit via a polyclinic or GP referral costs S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens after subsidy, though non-urgent waits of 4–12 weeks are common. Common investigations billed on top of the consultation include blood panels (S$60–200), X-rays (S$80–150), and urine tests. Vaccinations administered in-clinic are typically S$30–80 per dose depending on the vaccine. Any planned procedure should come with a written financial counselling estimate splitting insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions. MindChamps Allied Care has not published its fee schedule publicly — contact the clinic directly to confirm current rates. See the full paediatric cost guide for Singapore →

Is MindChamps Allied Care MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

Every legitimate private clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and any disciplinary history. No regulatory licences are recorded in this listing for MindChamps Allied Care. This does not confirm that the clinic is unlicensed, but it does mean families should ask the clinic to provide its MOH licence number and the consulting doctor's SMC registration number before booking. For surgical or subspecialty paediatric work, a fellowship credential (FAMS or equivalent Royal College) is the additional specialist signal beyond basic SMC registration.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at MindChamps Allied Care?

Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. For any planned procedure, request pre-authorisation and a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer before the appointment to avoid claim disputes afterwards. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient conditions under the S$500/year general withdrawal limit, or S$700/year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for listed chronic conditions including asthma, diabetes, and selected others. Paediatric developmental assessments and routine vaccinations are generally not MediSave-claimable on an outpatient basis. Contact MindChamps Allied Care directly to confirm which services are IP-billable or MediSave-eligible, and request a written financial counselling estimate before any planned procedure.
