The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the service carries a 4.7/5 rating across 858 Google reviews — a robust sample that points to consistent delivery. When enquiring, lead with your pax count and minimum order requirement, the event format (standard buffet, mini-buffet, bento, or live station), and any dietary mix your guest list requires — halal certification, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, no-beef, or gluten-free. Confirm whether MUIS halal certification applies at the kitchen level and request to see the certificate. Ask about menu tasting availability before committing to a deposit, the delivery and setup window, equipment provision (chafing dishes, warmers, serving equipment), whether a buffet attendant is included or billed separately, teardown timing, and the food-safety hold time for hot dishes.
To move forward, reach out via phone or the enquiry form on the listing to confirm your event date, pax count, dietary requirements, and preferred format, and request a written quotation that itemises the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, delivery fee, staffing, and balance payment schedule.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
We recently engaged Four Season Catering for our company event and had a very pleasant experience overall. Our sales contact, Ms. Adel, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Messages were replied quickly, updates were timely, and all of my questions were answered clearly. We also had to request an earlier delivery timing closer to the event date, and Adel was very proactive in helping us coordinate and resolve the arrangement smoothly. On the event day, Mr. Bell, who handled the delivery and setup, was punctual, responsible, and very efficient. The buffet setup was done quickly, and everything was arranged neatly and kept clean. As for the food, everyone has different taste preferences, but the overall feedback from our team was positive and the dishes were generally well received. It was a pleasant experience working with Four Season Catering, and we would be happy to try other menu options with them again in the future.

The lou hei session with the residents was a success they even provide the table cloth. Our company loves the LoHei Four Seasons caters. Communication with Adel Ng was swift, we are grateful for her prompt reply even during non business working hours 🙏🏾 the food is yummy, especially the LoHei YuSheng, fish, chicken, and passion fruit deserts!! The Lohei comes with the dish description card, chopsticks and table wraps 👍🏾

Per-pax pricing at Moments Catering will depend on the menu format and guest count. Singapore market norms are a useful benchmark: standard buffets run S$15–25 per pax with a minimum of roughly 30 pax, premium buffets S$25–40 per pax, mini-buffets for smaller groups S$18–30 per pax (minimum 8–15 pax), bento delivery S$8–18 per pax, and live-station spreads S$30–60 per pax. Beyond the base per-pax rate, confirm what is included versus billed separately: delivery and setup fee for non-central or multi-storey venues, equipment rental (chafing dishes, warmers — sometimes bundled, sometimes not), a buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and GST. Request a written itemised quotation before paying any deposit. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
Before booking, confirm whether Moments Catering holds a MUIS halal certificate — and whether it applies at the kitchen level or only to specific menu items. A MUIS certificate displaying a valid licence number and expiry date is the standard your Muslim guests require; 'halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification does not meet the same standard. Also confirm the availability of vegetarian (lacto-ovo versus vegan), no-beef options for Hindu guests, and gluten-free or nut-free dishes for guests with allergies. For mixed dietary events, ask about cross-contamination protocols — separate serving utensils and preparation areas matter. Most reputable caterers offer a menu tasting session for orders above a minimum value; take advantage of this before finalising.
Legitimate caterers hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, then B, C, D. No regulatory licences are currently on file for Moments Catering on this listing, so confirm directly whether an SFA licence is held and ask to see the hygiene grade. For halal menus, a MUIS certificate should be available on request and visible on packaging. Cooked hot dishes should be served within a roughly 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window, maintained above 60°C in hot-hold equipment. Confirm setup arrival time, buffet replenishment arrangements for longer events, and the protocol for safe handling of leftovers. Put the SFA licence details, dietary commitments, delivery and setup window, and balance payment schedule in writing before confirming the booking. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
