From the very start when she came in, she was the superwoman that we needed as my husband and I tried our best to get used to our new life with our first baby. There were many things that we were not familiar with, and Amy was there every step of the way to guide us and teach us. She also had her own wealth of experience and gave many advice that we wouldn’t have known. She was also flexible in how we decide to follow the confinement rules, and provided suggestions and rationale on why certain things are done certain way, which made confinement and recovery for me truly a breeze and enjoyable time as I bond with my newborn. Her dishes always came in abundance and deliciously cooked, so now I also got extra recipes I can cook on my own at home! You can see her dedication to her work through the way she treated our newborn, with 100% love and care. Separately, the owners and team of Nannymoon have left me with an impression that they carefully select and watch over the training of their nannies, and it’s unlikely for them to have a “wild card” nanny.
