About My Gym Singapore

About "My Gym Singapore"

My Gym Singapore is a playgroup provider operating islandwide, with a centre located at Kim Seng Promenade. The listing has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed operating details and contact information. It holds a Google rating of 4 out of 5 across 38 reviews, which represents a moderate sample size and can be treated as a reasonable directional signal. Fees are priced at the mid-range level on a monthly recurring basis.

Families considering My Gym Singapore should begin by enquiring about slot availability for their intended start month, as playgroup places can fill quickly. When you make contact — via phone or the enquiry form — it is worth asking about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the structure of the daily routine, and the length of the settling-in period. If your child holds Singapore citizenship, you may be eligible for ECDA childcare subsidies depending on your household income and working status; it is advisable to raise this during your initial enquiry. A centre visit before committing will help you assess the environment and meet the lead teacher in person.

The most practical next step is to contact My Gym Singapore directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to ask about current availability for your preferred start month and to arrange a centre visit. Listing data is incomplete — contact "My Gym Singapore" directly to confirm details.

I have not been asked to do this review unlike some establishments that basically force/guilt you into it! I am doing this because people tend to review the bad (without prompting) and not as much the good. My son has been attending MyGym for about a year now. He absolutely loves it and asks to go to 'gym'. With the help of the teachers there, we identified things which were a weakness for him and things which were a strength> We feel the gym is always clean and safe. I am really surprised about the comments from parents regarding forcing the children to do things or sanitisation. Toddlers and infants develop differently and many children cry around the buzz and nature of the classes. This is just them responding to an environment they aren't used to or don't feel comfortable in yet. The teachers are really friendly and my son really responds to Gyan, Luna, Tina and Sharon. It's really lovely to see him develop this bond with them. The classes are structured appropriately with guided time, carpet time and stations which is fully age appropriate. I am a qualified teacher so would certainly note if things weren't suited to the children's age.

I can’t express how happy I am that I enrolled my daughter here. On some days she wakes up late and misses class, and she gets very upset. During the New Year break, the school was closed and she took me to their doors saying, ‘Open up, open up.’ The teachers are so good. Also, on the days my daughter goes, she sleeps more easily.

Bad organization of the class, impolite teacher and staff. We had a trial on national day. The teacher greeted my baby by touching her face, which we never did ourselves as baby face is too gentle and adults hands are dirty. I felt offended. And later in the class, each session was not well organized and kind of messy. When saying goodbye to toys, teachers rushed to grab the toys from my baby not gently instructed her. It was the place you never wanted to send your baby to.

Fun and engaging gym classes for my baby, with enough space for him to move around to practise his motor skills and burn some energy 😅 multiple different activities and exercises each lesson so it’s never boring for both baby and parent. The teachers are friendly, have great energy and can tell that some of them really love children. Thankful to have found My Gym!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "My Gym Singapore" charge per month?

My Gym Singapore operates on a monthly recurring fee model and is priced at the mid-range level. When enquiring, ask specifically about any one-time registration fee, the deposit amount (which at many centres is equivalent to approximately two months' fees), and whether uniform or insurance costs are charged separately. Childcare and playgroup fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly figure quoted should be the final amount payable. Because fee structures vary between programmes and age groups, it is worth confirming the exact monthly rate for your child's age band directly with the centre. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore for broader market context.

What subsidies can I claim at "My Gym Singapore"?

Singapore citizen children attending licensed childcare centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care or S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours of work per month may qualify for the Additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy on top of this. Households with a gross monthly income below S$12,000 may receive the Additional Subsidy, which can bring total combined subsidy support to up to S$710 per month depending on income tier. Permanent Resident children receive partial subsidies at reduced quantum. Note that My Gym Singapore does not currently hold an ECDA licence on record, which means subsidy eligibility should be confirmed directly with the centre and with ECDA before enrolment. Subsidy rates and income thresholds are reviewed periodically — refer to the ECDA website for the most current figures.

Is there a waitlist at "My Gym Singapore"?

Demand for playgroup and childcare places in Singapore can be high, particularly at well-regarded centres in central locations. As a general rule, families are advised to enquire at least three to six months ahead of their intended start date. January is typically the peak intake month, so slots for that period tend to fill earliest. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and a deposit at the point of confirmation. Contact My Gym Singapore directly by phone or through the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your preferred start month, as waitlist length varies and real-time availability can only be confirmed by the centre itself.
